Well designed eco conscious property in the heart of Ranthambore. Great service and wonderful tent accommodations. Best of all a superb spa experience can be had here. Ask for Bhanu for the best massage you’ve ever had…and at a terrific price to boot! All around not to be missed!

Had the best two-day stay, can’t recommend enough. Outstanding service from all, they couldn’t do enough for us. Food was delicious, especially the breakfast. Everyone made us feel incredibly welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. 10 out of 10 🙏

Khem villas has great food and setting however it’s not a luxury camp as it describes itself. We stayed with family and friends and one of our rooms- a cottage - is infested with termites. First day we saw brown mound on wall by bed , we told staff and they removed it and below is a crack in two hours the brown mound grew by now it was nighttime and this time we saw termites sticking out , took video and told staff, general manager unavailable , they had no empty rooms to move us and staff had no idea what to do. We had to tell them to clean, fill crack with temporary material and tape wall since this was on wall by bed. We had no choice but to sleep there and wasn’t a good night sleep at all. Next day we told general manager again he wasn’t available at 8 am during breakfast he didn’t show up until 9:30 , when we had to check out and his response was this is nature and we are living with nature. For a 50,000inr room and describing as a luxury jungle camp I expected more understanding and compensation. If you stay here it’s not a luxury in fact it’s infested with termites especially cottage 1. And they simply cover it up and continue to rent it. It’s inhabitable and health hazard. I have photos and video which I can upload .

We had an amazing stay at Khem Villas The nature walk was incredible, we saw monkey's and lots of birds and the guide was amazing The food is fresh and fantastic - it was one of the first places on our two week trip to India that we had seconds Manvendra went out of his way to be helpful, organising a safari last minute when our previous provider had let us down and organising transfers The shops is also great, with beautiful items and a fantastic owner This is truly hospitality at it's best, we would be back in a heart beat

We had a very memorable 3 nights and 2days at Khem Villas while visiting the Ranthambore nature reserve. The hotel was recommended given its history with Park. The owner is the son of Fateh Singh Rathore one of India’s leading Tiger experts and is referred to as the founding father of Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. It is a boutique hotel and guests are lovingly looked after by dedicated staff in very comfortable rooms with natural feel. There are many small touches blankets for drives and Ben hot water bottles to warm you for early drives. The food is amazing and all vegetarian. Our teenage son who is a dedicated meat eater went back for thirds! It is a great place and you will meet a lot of other travellers by the camp fire in the evenings to share stories of your safari drives that day We loved it - look forward to coming back!
