PARKING CAN SOMETIMES BE AN ISSUE, which is endemic in the Scarborough central area.

Worst experience ever I booked wrong date and I tried to cancel on the 9th phone don’t work you need to pay to contact travelogue never again after been regular traveloguer it’s time to leave you guys know that make me sad but it’s life init

good but the water is not that hot

Nice clean room Central location secure parking nearby Bed comfortable Shower excellent good flow and hot Disappointed with No USB to charge my phone, it went flat just lucky my Mrs had her credit csrds

Reception staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

Value for money hotel good location

房間有味道，早餐幾豐富，位置很好10分方便，但是沒有停車場，要行大約10分鐘先有停車場，啲雀仔好嘈。

房間半夜漏水，漏了一個多小時還未停，簡直不可思議，這樣的價錢，如果可以再選擇，我永遠都不會選這家酒店

Bas experience overall at travelodge in Scarborough but I have to say not all travelodges are the same.

First opinion is it's very scruffy and covered in birds mess. Reception bright and cheerful. Then the room ................. very much the worst room I've ever encountered. So tired and worn out. Needs a complete overhaul. The view from the window was obscured by so much birds mess only to see a dump basically. A full skip of rubbish overflowing bins and people from the site next door talking and laughing all night whilst on a fag break. The general feel is that the hotel is being used by the council to accommodate the homeless and immigrants. One small plus is that the bedding was clean and fresh. Breakfast....... Friendly staff and a good selection in a bright and clean dining area. Would I stay again. That's a BIG no.

Lovely stay, the staff where excellent however it was very very cold and needs renovating to keep the rooms warmer in the colder months Ideal location for everything, great breakfast and evening meals. Thank you to all of the staff and will see you again in the summer

Very relaxing stay. Always a five-star service from check-in to check out . Thanks to all the staff, including Helen,suzzanne conner, and brian. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. The room was spotlessly clean, and housekeeping staff deserved special thankyou. Will be returning for another stay very soon.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel was clean throughout. The staff were very helpful. We had dinner in the cafe bar, this was enjoyed by the pair of us. Breakfast was buffet style with a great selection of hot and cold food. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again

A very pleasant stay, with a good team of pleasant helpful staff. A comfortable room and some good food.
