Last week we spent the night for my 60th birthday at The Mansion House revisiting my childhood home being an old Scarborian. Right from the wonderful warm welcome ( SO sorry cannot remember your name but you were so lovely ) - and Honey your woofer who my daughters ( and us ) fell in love with to the super breakfast before our departure - everything was top notch. We had a standard sea view twin room for my daughters and a superb deluxe for ourselves with amazing views across the South bay - what a place to sit having a morning cuppa in the bay window watching the sun come up across the bay. Everything was spotless - and the lounge with honesty bar was a lovely space. We will be back - but next time for a longer stay !!! Cannot recommend enough Thank you !!

Another lovely stay at Mansion House. After years of trying to find good accommodation in Scarborough, we're so glad that we found this charming place a few years ago. This was our 4th stay and it goes from strength to strength. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the linens and soft furnishings are top notch and the atmosphere is comfy. The ownership obviously takes great pride in their business and it shows. We have stayed at many other places in Scarborough including The Crown Hotel which is consistently named the top hotel in town but believe us, THE MANSION HOUSE IS THE BEST ACCOMMODATION IN SCARBOROUGH.

Comfortable and well appointed with various nice additional touches to make this a very enjoyable stay in the mahogany apartment. Quality breakfast and free prosecco plus extras like robes made for a likely return trip when next up this way.

A really friendly hotel, staff very pleasant and approachable. Our room was comfortable and spotless. We had a good breakfast with more choices that we didn’t want any lunch! We both said if you are going to Scarborough this would be an excellent one to choose. Thanks

Beautiful hotel, staff are excellent and friendly we had a room with sea view and binoculars are provided (lovely touch), pillows and bedding are 100% comfort, everything you could need in room and bathroom, tea coffee and hot chocolate provided in room as well. Breakfast was excellent lots of choice in cereals, pastries, juices full cooked breakfast with lots of choice and the eggs Benedict were the best I've had, as much tea coffee and toast as you want. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and would always go back if going to the area. Well done Mansion house Scarborough!!!

Another visit to this warm and friendly establishment-standards are as high as ever-warm friendly welcome by all staff-very clean and comfortable accommodation with an excellent sea view room-excellent breakfast-good for excercise through the Italian Gardens to the promenade in the South Bay.

Lovely place ideal quiet location not too far from the centre to walk either down the slopes and steps to the sea front or across bird cage walk bridge friendly host, very comfy bed delicious choice of breakfast served fast and hot free parking on the street outside highly recommended we would definitely stay again

Lovely hotel in a great location. Slept really well and the breakfast is lovely. The staff are helpful and hotel is clean and tidy. My Mum,s friend went to the Mansion House hotel to stay for overnight after seeing a show in the Scarborough Open Air Theatre and the hotel is very amazing it is perfect for kids and adults like me and it includes breakfast when getting up at about 8am in the morning when leaving the hotel room and I gave this place a 10/10 for the brillant overnight stay in the Mansion House Bed and Breakfast hotel in Scarborough

We stayed for 2 nights in a premier sea view room. The room had a fabulous view and we loved sitting with the provided binoculars watching the goings on in the bay. The room was well equipped with fridge, kettle and tea tray and hairdryer and spotlessly clean. We were happy to find a fan in the room as it was warm. Breakfast was lovely with so much choice. We both enjoyed a hot breakfast both mornings. Staff were nice and welcoming , nothing was any trouble. We will definitely be back to stay at the Mansion House!
