The check in process was smooth. My only two complaints are the parking valet fee because there is construction and not place to park unless you want to be in a dirt lot. Lastly, the pool does not have any sun after 2pm. The building next to it blocks it disappointed because that was the main reason for our stay. Room was clean and staff was helpful.

This hotel is the perfect distance from the airport and all areas of Scottsdale. We were immediately welcomed by staff and checking in was simple. Our room was very clean and had a lot of updated features which I liked! My husband thought the breakfast was good and overall the property was clean and staff were friendly!

Comfortable get away in Scottsdale The accommodations were amazing. Friendly staff and a comfortable room. This hotel was a surprising gem on Scottsdale road. Walkable distance to several eateries and out of some of the hustle and bustle of old town. Will definitely be returning.

Beds too soft for Sensitive Backs I LOVE Marriot's Bonvoy line. I really want to love the Springhills Suites but this is the second time I've stayed at one and the beds are way too soft. The first time they were brand new but like a taco. Had I been there more than one night I would have left or changed rooms as it really hurt my back. This time, I had 2 beds and still found myself stuffed into the firmest corner of one of the beds, using pillows to keep myself from sinking toward the center of the bed. The beds were new and still had tags on them! They're just too soft if you have any back issues.

The property is clean, modern and the people are friendly. The place seems newer, but the beds are worn and creeky. There is ONLY valet parking. We didn't see that anywhere. That is an added cost!
