Family Occasions This property location is perfect for being near Old Town. The property is not filthy but could be cleaner. The hot tub was not usable it looked to dirty to use. It has adequate towels and linens.

Guys Trip We had an excellent time at The Chadwick. The check-in was flawless and the place was great - well stocked with necessary kitchen items (utensils, spices, oil, etc.), games (pool, ping pong, video games, foosball, etc.), hottub, firepit, BBQ, etc. Clean and within quick Uber (or Waymo if you dare) to Oldtown and other activities. We all enjoyed our stay.

Pleasantly Surprised The check in process was super easy and the host let us check in before the normal check in time because the place wasn’t rented the night before. There were 4 adults visiting for a work meeting and golf. We were very comfortable in our private rooms with plenty of activities to do around the house. The house was nicely updated and very clean. It was in a great location and overall a great stay!

GREAT STAY! The Chadwick was perfect for our family! The various entertainment options in house is what initially sold us on The Chadwick, as they kept us entertained while spending time in the house: pool table, ping pong table, bags, foozeball, and arcade game. The hot tub was much appreciated after hiking all day. Most importantly, the house was CLEAN! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The Bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels. The beds were very comfortable with super soft linens! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, with friendly neighbors. And the location was so CLOSE to Old Town Scottsdale!! And I mut mention that communication with the owner was quick and easy. We will recommend The Chadwick to friends, and certainly stay there again if/when we return to Arizona!
