Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas

와이파이 느림. 프론트 직원이 별로 친절하지 않았고 방에 요청한 물품 갖다 준 직원도 기분 나쁘게 아래 위로 훑음. 전반적으로 로비나 풀 등 시설은 고급스러운 편. 위치는 도심에서 조금 떨어져 있어서 조용함.

I was here for a conference and enjoyed the spacious room and nice meeting facilities. There were plenty of great places to eat within walking distance. Staff were pleasant and efficient during check in and check out. The Hilton App key function worked well.

Hotel is blasting music by the pool at 9:45 PM. Walls in my room are shaking. Is this a nightclub or hotel? I will never stay at a Hilton again. Early flight tomorrow. This is beyond *******. Asked hotel front desk to turn down twice and they’ve done nothing.

Fabulous resort in 1990’s not so much today. Should be Hilton Motel rather than Resort. Amenities lacking such as fitness center and pool area. Rooms are large and clean but bathrooms are tiny. Understaffed but those working were friendly. For the price other modern properties will full amenities are nearby.

We can count on clean rooms and comfortable beds and pillows This resort is not their finest, but the rooms, event space were nice and there were dive in movies. Enjoyed the food and drink TripAdvisor should lower the required characters for a review

I have Hilton status and they gave the rooms I reserved away because they thought they were upgrading me to the Villas which is a drive from the main hotel (not what I reserved). The Villas are tired and dirty. Multiple lamps won’t turn on, the room is not remotely clean and they can’t do anything about it. The manager David didn’t do anything about it. Doesn’t care enough. This will be my last stay here for sure.

I recently stayed in one of the Villas and checked out on April 29. We were three friends traveling together, celebrating my birthday, I was very disappointed. The hotel was very understaffed. I had a few bad experiences with one employee, whose name was Christina. The first time, my friends and I ordered lunch at the pool bar. We were given a number that clipped onto the table. The number was not facing out directly, but on a slight angle. Christina came up to us with a plate of food, that was not ours, and in a nasty tone said, "How can I see the number if it's not facing me". After we finished lunch, my two friends went to the bar to settle the bill. They were standing there waiting to pay the bill and Christina was just ignoring them. Then my friend, Larisa, said something like “can I pay?” and Christina just kind of looked at her and rolled her eyes and said you should’ve said what you wanted. Then Larisa asked her why she had an attitude, and Christina got very defensive and said, "I do not have an attitude, you have an attitude." And Larisa reminded her of what happened at the table with the number and that you should never argue with customers, but she was still very defensive. And then after a while, just said she was sick. When we were at the pool, we noticed that all of the cabanas were unoccupied. We called the number that was on a chain and asked what the cost was. We were told by Margaret that it was $200.00. We offered $100, and Margaret said "We would never accept that amount." The next time we had a run in with Christina was while my friend and I were waiting at the Starbucks counter for at least 10 minutes. Christina walked past us several times and not once asked if we could be helped. I finally asked if we could place an order, and she responded in a very nasty tone, "You have to wait in line." We then stood in line and placed our order. I ordered a Grande Americano. She made a tall Americano. I told her the order was wrong, and she proceeded to argue with me "That is what you ordered". She changed the coffee to a Grande, and we sat at a high-top table to eat. While sitting at the table, we noticed that the food and beverage manager passed us, so we stopped him to tell him of our experience. Jeff told us that Christina was on our way out, and at her last review she was disciplined due to her attitude. I also mentioned to Jeff that we offered $100 for a cabana rental and Margaret said no. He told us he would buy a round of drinks at the pool bar and offered us a cabana on Sunday. When we went to speak to Jeff on Sunday to get a cabana, he first told us to take any one. Then he said "No, they are sold, take number 4". Well Jeff lied to us. No other cabana was occupied that day. Several employees did stand out though with exceptional service. WOW!!! What a great experience! We didn't want to leave! The staff was fantastic! We stayed in the Villa's and they transported us on a golf cart, just call and they arrive! They drove us to our destination ( less than 2 miles ) for free! I cannot say enough about the comfort and feeling of pampered by all at this resort! We are definitely going back!

We were at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort and Villas from April 26 through May 1. We were initially in a 2-bedroom villa but once we had a chance to thoroughly check it out, decided it needed some updates and TLC plus it was just way too much space for my husband and me. We asked to be changed to a hotel room or suite vs a villa and wound up in a king room directly next to the pool - great location and a perfect room. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was exceptionally friendly and service focused. We had a great 6 days. We used the shuttle service on a few occasions to go to dinner. The drivers were great and offered recommendations for places to visit. On our last night in town we got a shuttle ride to Houston's and after dinner took our driver, Collin, up on his recommendation for ice cream at Handel's. I tried his recommended flavor called Graham Central Station and it was fantastic. I was so enthusiastic about the ice cream that I absent mindedly left my Visa card in the shuttle. I didn't realize it wasn't in my wallet until the next morning when I was sitting at the gate in Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. I called the hotel and spoke to Melissa Teague, the Front Desk Agent, explained what happened and asked her to please check the shuttle to see of it was there. Within 15 minutes she called me back to say she'd found it and would send it back to my home address promptly. Melissa's actions epitomized the type of service we experienced from every employee during our entire stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone.
