More information by the provider: Very quiet and sunny situated, straight next to the valley station of the mountain cableway Motta Naluns (only 80m/2 minutes to go) and the railway and bus station. Perfect to go a skiing, hiking or with the bikes. The house have 1 apartment of 2,5 rooms and 1 Studio (1 room-flat). Whenever possible we offer the transfer to the station. The 2,5-room-flat is at the south side of the house (non-smoker, no dogs, 4-stars) with a wonderful view, a big garden terrace with lounge chairs and grill. The studio-flat (non-smoker, no dogs) is on the westside and have also a garden-terrace with barbeque and longchairs. Bus stop "Scuol-Tarasp, staziun" 0.1 km, railway station "Scuol-Tarasp" 0.2 km, underground station "Serfaus Seilbahn" 36.1 km, ferry 19.0 km. 22 m2. More information by the provider: Cozy and inexpensive: small studio-holiday-apartment (22 m2) for singles or two people an ideal accommodation. Can be rented from 3 days, cheap but nevertheless cozy and pleasant, comfortable, very well furnished for nice holidays. In the studio is a doublebed with bedside tables and lamps, neck pillows, a wardrobe, a table with two chairs, a sideboard with books and board games, a TV and radio. W-Lan/WiFi is also available. In the bathromm is a shower, toilet, sink, mirror cabinet, hairdryer, radiator for the towels. Toilet-paper, soap and other thins are for the begin present, towels for shower and hands too. The little kitchen is furnished with a stove, oven, fume hood, fridge, coffee machine, water heater, toaster and many more. Oil/vinegar, spices, household paper, sponges, pads for the coffee machine, teas are present for the basic needs. Also it's in the flat a small drying rack, a vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board and cleaning utensils. The garden terrace is furnished very comfortable with a big table and chairs, lounge chairs, a grill, sun blinds. The studio-apartment is at the ground floor west/north side of the house. The entrance is the same of the owners.

Wir haben uns ausserordentlich wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen und alles Nötige vorhanden. Wir haben die Nähe zum OeV sehr geschätzt und die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
