Check-in was simple. Front desk staff was friendly and fave us all the information needed upon check-in. Rooms were clean. Hotel is definitely in need of some general repairs, but nothing major. Breakfast hot food options along with the regular pastry, bagel, etc. Of course had the standard Texas waffle. We will probably stay here next time we are headed out of Galveston on a cruise. Location is great. Easy access and several options nearby to get food and all the things you forgot for the trip.

While waiting for my house to close/sale. We relocated to best western, deciding that it would cost the same to rent. They welcomed us , gave us rewards.( The cleaning lady need a hug ) but overall it was fun:)

Weekend get away.. We had a nice stay staff were welcoming rooms were clean breakfast was great the pool was nice.. We will definitely be staying in this room again....I recommend this hotel if your looking for a good night's rest

I stay in the area for work and happened to stay here instead of my usual places. Will totally be back, the onsite restaurant and bar would keep you from needing to head back out for food, building is newer from mid 2000’s and has already been updated- I thought it was a brand new property. There is also a large newer convenience store next to the property that again you don’t have to drive to if you need something. It would be a place I would send my wife and kids to without me and feel they are safe and happy

We have been using this location for many years. We book the hotel prior to traveling to Galveston to board a ship. Our experience has always been top notch. The staff is very friendly. It is great that this location provides food service in the evening and it is a wide variety of choices at a reasonable price. It is also one the locations that has bar service in the lobby. Our room is always clean, comfortable and quiet. We will definitely book again in the future.

Tripadvisor plus is great. Good price for the stay for my son and his girlfriend staying in town for one night. Hotel has been updated and looks lovely. Sara at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Not near nor on kemah boardwalk, take that out of name, it's all under CONSTRUCTION and took me over an hour to get there they dont warn you about that or offer assistance. Mary at front desk was argumentative and angry aggressive tried to kick me out for calling cororate and getting a ticket number I did not feel safe. The showerhead was broken they never apologized not repaired, nothing. I got an attitude from staff like I did it it was weird.

Excellent hotel. Fast check in. Rooms were spacious and clean. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff. Hotel is in a good location. Very nice. Definitely would recommend it. Diverse channel selections. Hot water for shower. And excellent coffee. Strong and good

The room was very clean and the staff that I came in contact with was very helpful and amazing. The halls were very lit and the outside was even very presentable as well. Good quality hotel for a very dece t price.
