5 star rated Waterfront 1958 Marsh Oak Lane is steps away from the boardwalk of the incredible Bohicket Marina, minutes from the Atlantic Ocean Beach, Kiawah and Seabrook Islands. This pet-free 1 BR/2BA Villa affords majestic view of the Bohicket sunrises and sunsets as well as walking alongside docks full of luxury boats. 2 guest maximum. No pets allowed, no exceptions! Any evidence of a pet in the property will result in a fine equal to the cost of the reservation booking. Newly decorated, this villa has 1 King size bedroom with en suite bathroom. Hotel quality linens are provided, along with a Welcome Kit of toiletries and paper products. The master bedroom is relaxing and inviting with a bedside bench and plenty of drawer space. The washer and dryer are located in the hallway of the master bathroom, along with a well designed closet for maximum storage. The kitchen features a fully stocked kitchen, stainless appliances and a bistro table for your morning cup of coffee or post-dinner beverage. The villa has been updated to include tile floors throughout (hardwood in the entry way) and is freshly painted in coastal colors. Watch TV ( or the boats go by ) in the welcoming living area with sofa and loveseat and seagrass woven coffee table. Entertainment options include DVD, basic cable TV and WIFI. Step outside through the sliding doors that open for immediate and unobstructed views of the dock and Bohicket Creek! Eat al fresco at the patio table, which offers optimal sunset viewing opportunities. The first floor unit is easily accessible with ground floor entrance. A covered garage is steps from the front door. A community pool is about 75 feet from the villa. Please note: this villa is NOT equipped with the capability to charge an electric vehicle. No charging cords may be connected to any outlet at any time, this is a potential fire hazard and is not permitted within the community. Please contact the property manager for the closest EV charging station from Seabrook. This villa is NOT wheelchair accessible. Access to Seabrook Island with $45 gate pass and beach parking. Amenity cards will be provided at expense of the guest. Seabrook gate pass and amenity cards ( if any ) will be provided and picked up at the Seabrook Amenity Office prior to entering the gates. Amenity card will ONLY allow access to the indoor/outdoor pool at the SIPOA Lakehouse. Seabrook Beach Club access NOT included, golf courses or equestrian center are not accessible. Public parking at beaches is included with Amenity card ( only park in authorized lots, do NOT park in unauthorized parking spaces. ) Effective January 2025, there is a $20 charge for a gate pass for Bohicket Marina Villages. ***Seabrook Business License #20241771, 2 person maximum occupancy.
