Very outdated and the rooms are very dark, only one lamp in entire room, no beside lamp, no ice bucket, no phone or alarm clock and a 2ft by 2ft open hole in bathroom wall. Definitely NOT Choice hotel quality hotel. NASTY AND Not very well maintained at all

There were so many things wrong with our room, that I made a list and turned it into the front desk. Of the 14 items listed, the BODILY FLUID STAINS AND DRIED BLOOD STAINS on the ripped blanket were the most disgusting. There was no toilet paper hanger, no towel racks, no cover on the tissue box, hair dryer was not mounted, no place to hang robe or toiletry kits, damage was noted on bathroom door and it had no door stop, no clothes bar in closet, damaged furniture, balcony door lock was broken and the brace to prevent the door from opening was damaged. There was no mirror in the living area, and there was noticeable dirt on the base of the lamp. Please refer to the photos I have attached for documentation. I asked the front desk clerk for a refund, and the lady deferred my request by saying I would have to call at a later date to speak with the manager. I called a few days later and requested a 50% reduction in my room charges, but was told the manager would not agree to any discount whatsoever in the room charges. In my opinion, the name of this hotel should be changed to "POOR QUALITY INN & SUITES." Do yourself a favor, find a better hotel to stay in, while in Searcy. It should be easy to beat this one.

The clerk at the desk was nice and remembered us from our stay the previous week. The suite was spacious, had a balcony, and the bed and pillows were comfortable! Breakfast was great: biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, waffles, and other options. The indoor/outdoor pool and hottub area was very nice.

I have never left a review of any motel or restaurant where we have ever visited, but this deserves a review. We should have left. Our room was nasty and smelled. There was only one light in the entire room. No ceiling lights, just one small lamp. No closet for hang up clothes. Got the ironing board out to hang clothes on. No phone. No clock. Walls paper thin, so overheard a man upstairs. ???????i wont say what it sounded like. No mirror or one single picture. Everything was stripped down to nothing. I hope this helps future guests.

The rooms are very nice the free breakfast in the morning was great the staff is already friendly they have hot tub they have indoor pool that's also out to a pool it goes halfway outside and halfway inside it's really Nate can't wait to go there again

Convenient location with comfortable bed and pillows; very clean; restaurant next door and Waffle House nearby along with shopping center; would reserve again for future Harding football games; staff was very friendly and the prices were very reasonable

This is the best hotel for the money! It was safe, clean, quiet, and cozy. Great pool area with a hot tub too! The service from employees was excellent, and the hot breakfast was delicious! I would definitely stay here again if I am in Searcy, Arkansas

Very comfortable trip. Breakfast was the best so much variety to choose from. So glad they had a pool available. Beds were comfortable and pillows fluffy. Looks like they just painted everything nice and clean. Staff have been friendly and welcoming

The smell throughout the hotel was horrible. The rooms were decent and the bed was comfortable. Our sink drain was messed up so all the water was pouring on the floor. I told the girl at the front desk and we were moved to a different room. Which is fine things happen, but with having to pack all of stuff back up and move at 10 at night. I believe they could have been nice enough to give us a discount.
