This place was very overpriced for the terrible condition and lack of cleanliness. We are usually easy to please but this experience is definitely a forgetful stay. The pictures presented were deceptive. The bed covers were filthy from the last tenant, the bathroom was so nasty that we couldn’t even shower and the sink still had leftover dry toothpaste. The room smelled cigarettes smoke. We did a quick wipe down of everything just to make through the stay. Fortunately, it was only 1 night. Cannot recommend this place at all.

There was blood on the wall. Ants and other unknown bugs everywhere. The door barely shut. Shower was disgusting. Toilet ran constantly and bathroom door shut extremely hard. The check in was extremely difficult. We had to ribg the bell, knock on a room door and call before we was able to check in.

Dirty , no power in outlet , customers services no good the building it horrible, rooms smell bad , they don’t clean also don't disinfect also shower as mold there full of dust

My daughter and I came down for the night to go to a concert at jenks boardwalk. This was the cheapest hotel for one night and average boardwalk hotel just didn’t like that people were out at the pool until 1 o’clock in the morning being loud

They charged us before getting there even though it said pay when we arrive. We asked why and she said we have others trying to book so we had to ensure it was booked. it was very dirty, nothing is updated. It was extremely run down

Check in was easy. Room was dirty and things were severely run down. I didn’t expect much but we were offered ***** on the way to our room. The shower was un usable. And there was no air conditioning. Its summer! I didn’t expect much it was fine for a night i guess but never again.

tv didn’t work, stains on sheets and pillows, doors all dented, holes in bed frames, trash behind and under beds, etc

Well, I had to fix the toilet by myself, the door had cracks on the bottom like it looked like it had been kicked in, and we then heard they had electrical problems with the pool, yet they still allowed people to swim.
