Welcome to our charming 3 bed, 2 bath cottage 10 mins away from Downtown Seattle! Relax in this cozy retreat featuring 2 plush queen beds and 1 full bed that can accommodate up to 6 guests. Unwind in the tastefully decorated bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms all on the same floor, with a backyard perfect for unwinding with the group! Located in a vibrant neighborhood, you'll have easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Discover the beauty of Seattle from this lovely cottage! This charming 3 bedroom 1000sq. ft craftsman cottage comes with 2 full baths, a spacious kitchen and a private backyard. This house is just 2 blocks away from the Mt Baker Light Rail station, providing convenient access to one of Seattle's growing urban villages. The 2 bedrooms each have a plush queen-sized bed and a bedroom with a full bed with a living room featuring a cozy sectional couch perfect for movies and groups. The living room offers smart TV (free Netflix, please note no cable TV). Our kitchen is fully stocked with bowls, plates, pots, pans and utensils, as well as coffee/tea. Layout of our home! 1st floor: - Bedroom #1: Queen bed - Bedroom #2: Queen bed - Bedroom #3: Full bed - Full kitchen stocked with utensils, an oven, Keurig coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator - Private backyard - Livingroom TV - Washer and dryer available in case you spill something on your clothes **Please note that there is no basement access! Guests have access to the entire home except the basement. PLEASE NOTE: - Our house is located on a lush backyard with lots of greenery. During rainy seasons, you may find some ants and insects seeking shelter from the rain! Our properties have routine pest control services but please take note of this as a minor FYI for what we cannot control. - Please note that Seattle is fairly temperature even in summer so we may not have portable AC set up by default, but we will provide and set up portable AC upon request on warmer days. - If you book within 24 hours of check in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4pm checkin depending on our cleaning team’s schedule and if there is a same-day turnover (it may be delayed up to 6.30pm). Please check with us after booking to confirm your check in time. - The basic pricing per night is for 4 guests. Each additional guest requires $25 per person per night. The additional guest fee goes toward accommodation necessities such as utilities, supplies, and tears and wears on the property. VRBO should automatically calculate the accurate nightly pricing for you according to the number of guests inputted under "guests". - HOUSE RULES - * SAME DAY BOOKING * We are happy to accommodate same day bookings! However please check in ahead with us on available check in time for same day bookings only. * CHECK IN & CHECK OUT * Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is by 11 am. We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available. * NO SHOES INSIDE * Please kindly remove your shoes while entering our house! We appreciate that you are taking care of our house! * NO SMOKING * Please do not smoke inside our home or within 20 ft of the perimeters! Any signs of smoking will result in additional violation fee. * QUIET HOURS AFTER 10 PM * Please be respectful to our neighbors and try to keep noise down after 10 pm! * NO PARTIES OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS* We kindly ask you not to throw parties at our house. Please help to keep the space clean and be respectful of our beautiful home :) * TRASH IN THE RIGHT BINS * Please sort out trash and dispose it into appropriate bins. Please leave it in inside cans if you’re not sure where to throw it and our cleaners will take care of it. * LOST & FOUND * Please double-check that you have all personal belongings before you leave! If you leave something behind, we’re happy to assist under the following conditions: - We do not guarantee that lost items will be found, as housekeeping may not always recover them. - If found, items can be shipped to you for a $35 handling fee plus shipping costs. - Lost and found items will be held for up to 2 weeks after check-out. After this period, unclaimed items may be discarded or donated. We do not offer mailbox access unless it is a long term stay, but package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion.
