Your Seattle adventure begins here! The room has a queen bed that sleeps up to 2 guests, and a private bath. It's located on the 2nd floor of a townhome occupied by the homeowner. Guests share entry with homeowner who lives there; guests should not use common spaces but can use the laundry facilities outside of the room. • 4-5 mins walk to Fremont Canal Park • 4-5 mins drive to Fremont Troll, Fremont Brewing, Theo Chocolate • 7 - 10 mins drive to Gas Works Park, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation & ​Meta Westlake & Dexter • 10-15 mins drive to Space Needle, Amazon Spheres, Pike Place Market, Downtown, and Climate Pledge Arena where you can catch a concert, ice hockey or a basketball game **About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. All access are separate and experience will not be interfered in any way. • This listing for a private room in a larger townhome on the 2nd floor. The owner of the home lives upstairs on the third floor. • Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. The parking on our side of the street is free and there is no time limit, and the parking across the street is free but limited to two hours. Do note that this is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. **About Fees & Pricing** • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day.
