Rooms are so clean and the bedroom was ok, the only negative thing was that the breakfast is so poor.

Stayed for 3 nights. The room is compact but fits a 28” suitcase. It’s very clean and well-stocked with an iron, hairdryer, and various USB ports. No slippers/toothbrush, but the floor and overall room are spotless. Staffs are helpful, offering late checkout (12 PM) and luggage storage. Free parking and 24/7 coffee/tea are a plus. Breakfast is only banana, orange, cereal bar - all same daily. Free bottled water on day one along with a grab-and-go breakfast, which was perfect for my busy mornings. However, it’s unclear why the water wasn't provided on the following days. Amazing location to all attractions, especially just a block behind The Sphere. I read a review as my concern of noise at night, but it’s peaceful than I thought. Only outside people voices from time to time. Though there is a train passed the hotel, it’s not operated at night. Overall, a peaceful and convenient stay - great value for money!

Hotel staff are helpful and polite, room is clean and cozy, the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is grab to go healthy fruits and coffee tea are free for all day. Location is very nice walking distance to all spot downtown.

Location is not near station nor any places of interest as been commended. Breakfast just musli bar, orange and hot beverage. Again not as it’s stated breakfast included.  Most disappointing - no housekeeping done to our room when I returned to it on the second day. When I asked the staff at the conceige, he said he wouldn’t know as he’s only a stand-in🫢  Had to accept the untidy room and only given few fresh towels to bring back for use.  Quite appalling! My wife and I only hope that the rest of the 5 nights will get better 🙏🏼  Would I recommend to anyone this hotel?

Central location, walking distance to all things. Very pleasant

The hotel is conveniently located in the CBD area and within walking distance of many sightseeing spots. The rooms were clean, which was a plus. However, the open motel-style layout made it quite noisy at night, and I could hear other guests clearly, including some disturbances. The air conditioner was also very loud, and the curtains did not fully block the window. Overall, the stay did not feel very comfortable or secure.

The hotel is a descent budget hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle. Its location is superior as it is only 5 minutes walk from the Westlake Station and in walking distance to many tourist attractions, including the Pike Flying Fish Market, Space Needle and so on. It is also convenient to travel to other attractions by the city public buses, the King County Metro. For budget travellers like us, it is really value for money. The hotel is clean and safe with friendly staff and owner. The complimentary breakfast was a surprise and bonus to begin a day in a hectic schedule. The new owner has put in a lot of effort to improve its services.

Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room were clean. Location was great, making it easy to walk around the city

Breakfast shud be regulated..late risers need to eat too! Do not allow other guests to grab food for take away.
