Dear Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at your hotel. During my stay, I noticed that my credit card was charged twice for the tax amount. I understand that mistakes happen, but this kind of error should have been caught and rectified before I even noticed. I spoke with the front desk and they assured me that the amount was only put on hold and there was not an actual charge. However, it has been over a week and I had yet to receive a refund for the double charge. So i had to made an International call to request a refund. I did get my refund after weeks of my stay, and I had to suffer list in the exchange rate. This incident has left a bad impression on me and has significantly impacted my view of the hotel. As a paying guest, I expect to be treated with respect and honesty!
