The surrounding gardens with their plants and flowers add to the serene feeling of this setting. The side yard offers a private setting with two patio areas! The umbrella shaded patio table with chairs is ideal for enjoying that morning coffee or visits with friends. The second slate patio holds a gracious grouping of deep cushioned furniture with a sail shade and string of lights for lounging in the evening. The home's central location in Sebastopol puts it within walking distance to all of the downtown area. Because my home has wooden floors along with leather couches, it's important that these are protected from scratching of pets with long nails and enthusiastic personalities. I charge a $400 deposit to ensure for the possible cost of any damage caused by your pet. This is in addition to the pet cleaning fee ($100 per pet).
