Grand Continent Secunderabad A Sarovar Portico Affiliate Hotel

Jade suites is very neatly built. Cleanliness ,location, room space and locality everything was perfect. Check in and check out was smooth . Food was great in taste and all the dishes were cooked upto highest standards. The only suggestion is there are very less options for solo travellers in the menu they should provide combo options specially in Chinese menu.

Surprised to find an early check in option making my stay quite comfortable. Staff courteous and buffet spread is decent.

It is definitely a major remake from the earlier hotel before Sarovar obtained it. The exterior, entire interiors and rooms have been refurbished, the lights are better and the overall ambience looks great. The front office is friendly and professional and the service is prompt. There was a minor issue in the 1st room I was allocated and they immediately gave me an alternate room. The coffee/tea stuff and the mini bar is amply stocked. While no issues faced, I think Housekeeping can be improved. Breakfast was normal and I feel they should offer more continental items. Location wise, it's very close to the Sec'bad Railway Station and right opposite my workplace. There is a good veggie restaurant right next door. Overall, value for money. Will stay again.

We had a good and pleasant stay at grand continent sarovar portico, secunderabad. Staff were good and courteous too. Room near and tidy. I would recommend for tourists to hyderabad.

generally good.there were some problems in bathroom and tv.of of course they were attended by house keeping staff.all taps in bath room are very tight and elderly persons like me found them difficult to operate. in general good

Cleanness,Hygiene,Hosekeeping made the stay comfortable like home stay.
