Bergland Hotel

This is a very good all inclusive hotel that offers top quality food and drinks and has a wonderful wellness centre that is always clean and well maintained. Staff are very friendly and make the stay very comfortable and relaxing. Having spent 14 visits says it all.

Right from entering the Hotel at the start of our holiday to the last night our holiday it was above our expectations. Excellent service and very clean/well kept throughout the hotel. The words I use is civilised and refined. Not your normal all inclusive with plastic glasses and really cheap drinks. It was lovely to drink Wine and Prosecco out of proper wine/prosecco glasses. We didn't go for breakfast at all as we go not eat so early in the morning. I would recommend a bit more selection at lunch with the salad, not just sausage and cheese. IE: Egg or Tuna. I know we were in Austria and it's Austrian food but the selection other than salad was limited. The food and table service at evening meal was very good. It was nice to try different types of food. The hotel is very close to all amenities and only a few minutes walk to the train station. All in all wonderful enjoyable holiday, even though we went travelling out each day the pace of life is so relaxed nothing felt rushed. I would recommend the Bergland Hotel to anyone visiting Seefeld. The best airport to fly to and from is Innsbruck. Only a 40 minutes transfer. Where as Salzburg was 3 hours .

This was our second winter holiday here and was as good as our first. A very nice couple we met on our first holiday we met up again and I asked the hotel if we could have a table next to each other which they did thank you. So we have now been lucky enough to have been here for two Summer and two Winter each being a little different but all just as good and we will be back again in the Summer (can’t wait ). We like to holiday here as you can do as little or as much as you want as you just feel so relaxed and all the drinks, cakes and lovely food are great. We just do a lot of walking as that’s what we like, but there is a train station just a short walk away if you like to venture out plus a good bus service as well but do make sure you pick up your Guest card from reception which will help with any costs. So if you are thinking of coming to this hotel you won’t be disappointed friendly Family, all the Staff, lovely Rooms, plus all the food options. See you again very soon. Tony & Tracy

The whole experience of staying in the hotel was excellent. The rooms were of a good size and well decorated. The staff were very helpful and very polite, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent value for money and the food was 1st class. Looking forward to going again next January.

We had a canny 2 week holiday. Met some lovely people, guests too. Positives- Staff were top notch. Big thanks to Sandy( fab sense of humour) Orlando( F Towers touch of) Roland, Mario, Anita, Roman, Josef, Simon ( potential model/ diva) Ladies on reception lovely when asked questions - most helpful. Housekeeping fantastic. Our room, mountain views to the rear, very quiet. Pool area lovely, although noisy kids didnt give a feeling of tranquility. Why not limit the noisy kids to a specific time? 2 hrs/ day slot. Dteadful at times. Easily avoidable. Hotel very clean and tidy. Negatives- dinner menu needs a serious upgrade. I.ll explain. 1st Course:Salad buffet starter fine. 2nd Course: Another salad! Why? Sometimes no veggie option here. Very small, pointless - often tasteless. 3rd Course: Soup - usually ok, but sometimes, again no veggie option. 4th Course - Mains- fish or meat or veggie. This was the biggest disappoitment for me. Fragments of meat often, surrounded by some tasteless beans, lentils, piece of broccoli etc. For goodness sake, a full slice of meat, 2 spuds, 2 veg, nice sauce etc would be way more preferred. Too fancy, too often, for me. The meat feast night, with lamb shanks, chicken, beef, pork etc ,why not split that lot over the other nights' main dishes? Many will disagree with this point. I know many loved their mains.5th Course: Sweets - only one choice - mostly fine- usually a big batch make, then spooned into small glasses. I would have loved more apple strudel, ice-cream as an alternative, a cheesecake or 3, a piece of gateau etc. Way too limited! 6th Course: Cheese - great choice. No complaints but where were the cheese biscuits, just bread? Really?

Excellent trip ( our third) to the Bergland. Brilliant location for the town centre, winter sports and transport . As in previous years the hotel is spotless, staff are friendly and professional, food and wine excellent. Very many thanks all : we hope to come back next year .
