We have had the most delightful stay here. This b&b is cozy and bursting with charm. It’s owned by a local family and you can tell they have poured their heart into every detail. The lobby and rooms are full of art by local artisans, and it’s refreshing to stay somewhere with so much heritage. The views cannot be beat. The hotel is in a very quiet location and a stone’s throw from the ski lift. The south facing rooms on the west side of the building have a particularly smashing view of the mountains. There are also fabulous amenities, such as hot tubs, lots of outdoor seating, a trampoline and a spa, yet the hotel is still small and intimate. Breakfast is an amazing spread complete with soft boiled eggs, fresh squeezed, juices, and bread with fresh honeycomb. We’ve also opted to eat dinner in every night and it’s always an impeccable 4 course meal. The owners even take the effort to switch out the table scape and theme every night. I’m so impressed by the level of love and the attention to detail that they have for this place.

LOVED our time at Hotel Jägerheim! This hotel is a family run business and they run it with such care. It is conveniently right next to do the Col Reiser lift and has lovely views and plenty of places to sit and enjoy them. I would absolutely come back here - if you stay, do at least one dinner at the hotel restaurant. The menu changes every day. Also - their masseuse in the spa is AWESOME.

Just spent an amazing 3 nights at this hotel! My husband and I greatly enjoyed our experience. The room itself was comfortable with a lovely balcony with a view of the Dolomites with comfortable amenities. We included the breakfast and dinner as part of our stay and highly recommend it. I have a gluten intolerance and they made sure there were many options available for me, even a few GF bread options waiting for me at the table for each meal. The dishes were delicious and well priced. The location is lovely, prime spot in Selva which was a short driving distance to Ortisei. There is a lovely hot tub on site that was a great treat after a day of hiking that also had a lovely view of the Dolomites. Convenient parking and easy check in/out process. The ambience and little alpine view ouches throughout made it a wonderful experience and great home base for exploring the Dolomites.

I've been fortunate enough to stay at a good number of hotels in the Dolomites and Italian Lake Region over the years and most of them have been comfortable and provide a good service but this place probably tops them all. We were a family/friends party of seven eventually arriving for our visit after a three year Covid delay; it was well worth waiting. It is hard to fault this place at all. The setting is terrific and convenient too, particularly for access to the Col Raiser, but the local bus service (free) opens up many more opportunities. The rooms are very well furnished, the restaurant is bright and attractive the food and service are of a high standard. The surroundings lift the spirits (OK, I'm a bit Dolomite fan I admit) and the hot tub is something to look forward to after a bid day in the hills. Family Zingerle run a top class hotel. I look forward to my return.

Prima volta ospite di questo Hotel che si trova vicino alla stazione ColRaiser, personale molto disponibile e gentile, comodo parcheggio davanti all'Hotel, zona wellness ottima con sauna, bagno turco e idromassaggio interno ed esterno con vasca di acqua fredda gestito in modo attento e professionale dal personale dedicato. Che dire della cucina , veramente di alto livello con un vari menù, piatti tipici e prodotti locali di alta qualità, un plauso ai dolci veramente creati dallo chef per farci gustare prodotti di alta pasticceria. Colazione ben curata e molto variegata dal dolce al salato. Ci siamo sentiti a casa curati e coccolati .BRAVI

Un sentito ringraziamento a tutto il team per aver reso indimenticabile la mia vacanza di 10 giorni. Tutto davvero perfetto: pulizia degli ambienti e della camera completamente ristrutturata, menù molto vario e davvero ottimo, attenzione ai dettagli quale, ad esempio, l’allestimento della tavola per la cena che varia quotidianamente. Ospitalità eccellente, riservata anche al mio amico a 4 zampe che si è rilassato tanto quanto me!

Siamo appena tornati da 5 giorni trascorsi presso questo hotel. Avrei assegnato, se avessi potuto, più di 5 stelle! È stato tutto perfetto: a partire dalla colazione buonissima, variegata e per tutti i gusti; la cena con piatti gourmet eccezionali. Ogni sera il tavolo si presentava allestito in maniera diversa a seconda della serata. Una vera chicca! Un applauso va anche ai ragazzi alla reception sempre pronti a consigliarti sulle varie escursioni, e disponibili a rispondere a ogni nostra richiesta. Camera e bagno pulitissimi, come anche le sale comuni dell’hotel. Il nostro bagno brillava. Vista dalla nostra camera spettacolare. Giardino ben tenuto, con piscina idromassaggio riscaldata! Camerieri e barista sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra, gentilissimi e tanto carini anche con la nostra bimba di 18 mesi. Grazie di cuore per averci fatto trascorrere una bellissima vacanza, torneremo sicuramente♥️

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel Jägerheim. Das Essen war morgens und abends fantastisch, der Service freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Saunaaufgüsse einmalig und die Nähe zur Gondel perfekt. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen !
