Luxury Bed and Breakfast at Bossington Hall in Exmoor, Somerset

If you are happy to pay a bit more for the best, then give Guy and his team ago at Bossington Hall. The visit will make you feel like the Lord and Lady of the Manor in a very friendly way, The rooms are large and very comfortable and ours had the view to die for. You have lounges to enjoy along with an honesty bar and snacks, A water fall and stone bridge in the grounds and out of the back gate you are onto miles of waymarked paths to local attractions or stay in and have a game of tennis. There is even a dining area if you want to bring back a takeaway or just sit on the terrace in the sun with G&T in hand. What about breakfast well for us it was perfect. Huge dining room well laid out. Great fresh fruit, cereals and croissants plus traditional freshly cooked quality ( sausage and bacon ) produce. The poached eggs were spot on too. Out walking for the day order a packed lunch to take with you if you are not visiting one of the local tea rooms.

What can I say other then exceptional from start to finish great service, Lovely rooms, Amazing scenery, You can really feel the history here, It was simply amazing. Had a very late work related situation so looked locally and this jumped out at me so I decided to book. Greeting was fantastic, Had spent a great deal of the evening sat in the lounge by an amazing fireplace reading up on the history of the place, The owners are so proud of the history as well as the hard work they have put in to renovate, Would highly recommend

We went for a few days away and what a hidden GEM .. Lovely house , grounds and the service was first class The Breakfast is a wow with lots of choice and what a way to start the day .. Booked in massage which topped off the stay see you again in the spring just to look out over that view again
