I booked my room online. I needed something that would accommodate 2 adults and three kids. As we walked to the room, I noticed the hallway carpets were very dirty and in desperate need of vacuuming. I also noticed smudges and fingerprints throughout the hotel. Altogether it felt a little gross and didn’t give me a lot of confidence in the cleanliness of the room. Upon arriving, immediately I see they gave us the wrong room. The room we were given only slept four people. I went downstairs to fix the mistake only to be told that the room does accommodate five people. I asked how a room can accommodate five people when there are only two beds in it. She couldn’t answer that, but said it has something to do with hotel policy and they weren’t allowed to put more beds in the room. I was incredibly frustrated, so I packed up my family and went elsewhere, forfeiting the cost of the room.
