The service from this hotel was especially terrible and I feel it’s worth noting. The boss didn’t communicate to the employees for more than an hour so even though I had a successful booking ID, I was not allowed to check in. When I did arrive and get checked in, the floor was very dirty with something like potting soil or coffee grounds that were very visible. There were hair from two different people on the bed (though to be fair that could have been from the cleaning people) as well as a bug. The bathroom didn’t have curtains on the window which would be OK except for there is a tower on the mosque next-door and the window wouldn’t fully close- which is a problem, not only for mosquitoes, but also for the noise from the mosque as prayer was being spoken. I was not provided with a towel until I asked for one and discussed the other problems with the room. The staff understood why I was upset and were apologetic. They did do their best to try to help me, but also failed to clean the floor before I arrived or give me towels. One final problem that I observed was that upon checkout, nobody was available to help me. I called and looked around for someone for 10 minutes but left my card on the desk because I was worried I would miss my boat. This hotel room was more expensive than many others in the area and I feel like it was not worth it, but the view from the window was OK and it’s very close to the port.

Stairs till floor 5, no water in sink, aircond not cold

During my recent stay at the Monalisa Guest House, I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and amenities provided. The floors in the room were covered in dust, indicating a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, the absence of a table and mirror in the room made it inconvenient for me to carry out basic tasks and prepare myself. The overall lack of cleanliness and essential amenities significantly impacted my stay at the hotel. I hope that the management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

Is nice hotel, just close the bathroom door otherwise a ugly smell will enter the room! They have washing machine with dryer wich is great! but then you can also hang your clothes outside in the balcony, the staff are friendly. Main area is a bit depressing, they could make it look a bit more cozy so people can sit there and chat.

Good service and nice guest house. Nice ocean view from our room 6th floor.

The 2nd room is too small. Need to walk up a staircase in order to access to the guest house. Should top up RM30 to stay at a hotel

helpful staff and a great in the room (601). Location is good, right in the downtown, easy to go anywhere and be part of the local life. It is good to just walk around and enjoy the atmosphere.

老闆娘很nice，前台小橙很帥，來仙本那的兩天，都在這家旅館，衞生服務都不錯！樓上可以晾曬衣服，3樓可以煮東西吃，距離碼頭走路15分鐘的路程，去海鮮市場也很近！旅店樓下就是超市很方便！性價比很高，推薦推薦

Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Хорошее месторасположение. Удобно что есть общая кухня со всем необходимым, где можно приготовить себе еду. Есть холодильник. Также есть стиральная машина и место где можно повесить сушиться одежду. Из минусов - отсутствие шумоизоляции в номере. Такое ощущение, что ты спишь на улице, а рядом ездят машины и мотоциклы. Также наличие мечети через дорогу не способствует крепкому сну с 4:45 утра. Возможно не повезло с номером. Пол номера это пристройка или это был ранее балкон, который присоединили к номеру. Крыша пристройки - профлист без какой либо шумоизоляции. В дождь (а это бывает сильный тропический ливень) грохот стоит очень сильный. Дружелюбный персонал. Помогли с трансфером до Тавау.

房間有點歷史了！一共6層沒有電梯，行李需要自己提上去！旅館去碼頭非常方便，大概5-6分鐘步行時間！對面就是清真寺，後面街有詹全記！一切都聽便利的！去機場可以找**博主訂拼車！非常有責任心！值得推薦！

過來和朋友潛水考證，住了好幾天了，價格實惠，有一説一還真不錯，倒不是説多豪華就是乾淨衞生就行了。有種日式榻榻米感覺。床很軟睡的很好，最主要的是位子就在小鎮中心去哪裡都很方便，老闆娘人超好，這幾天行程和計劃都諮詢他們安排。如果不是過來度蜜月那種高消，推薦來這裏舒舒服服睡個幾晚才有精力去潛水
