Bihing Angan Resort

1) Room photos much better than actual. 2) Environment: Close to other resorts sometimes view was blocked by other buildings. Water is ok quite clear, but comparatively to another resort we booked with similar price i think that one much better. But good that we see sea turtles for few times. Thats amazing. 3) House: look old and not very clean the mat on the floor is dirty and seem the floor not cleaned well. Basic toilet facilities without hot water nor washing basin. Bathing water directly drained to the sea. I found a mouse also! Thats terrible. Electricity supplied from 1800-0700 only quite hot at daytime. only three beds in room and the mattress seem used long time with poor quality. The bed had stain on it and look old. What cannot be tolerated is that the electricity generator is very noisy! Those are sound sensitive pls dun come! 4) Service Staff are nice we do snorkelling ourselves no one will follow no one say could provide safety vest or glasses 5) Meal tea just basic to eat breakfast simple dun expect too much dinner amount enough taste ok 6) building under construction as you can see from my photos noisy at day time. not really relaxing as no chair provided in houses. 7) overall i dun think i will come back again cause we tried another one much much better i dun think its worth the price.

本來是要在鎮上住一晚。訂錯了訂到了島上面。飛機到的時間比較晚沒發坐固定的船上島。這個酒店到碼頭有25分鐘時間。自己和攜程客服溝通。試圖幫忙取消。酒店方依舊不同意。沒辦法衹能花錢包船上島。入住之後才是傻眼時刻。房間不大。枕頭芯發黴發黑。雖然枕套和床單是白的，真是不敢躺下去。地上都是大蟑螂在跑，行李箱拿完衣服趕緊關上立起來。怕它爬進去！最主要的是房間沒有熱水器，衹能是用桶接水龍頭的水沖澡，也沒有吹風機，問前台説沒有。牙膏牙刷沒有。吃的更不用説了。而且上島，出島都得自己花錢做船。這次就是來歷劫的。我帶着三孩子。還好習慣給孩子帶自己被子和枕頭。我自己則是用浴巾蓋着度過難捱的一晚。早上想早點走。也沒有船走。包船的時間是11點。結果船到11:45才到。真是離譜到無語的。

海域不錯。能看到海龜。但調換水上屋隨意，説是升級房型其實是拉到一個正裝修的水上屋。釘子很多，容易劃傷。出門可下海，但是孩子和我都在門口下海處劃傷。時不時斷個電。吃的很一般，沒啥服務。
