Sudamala Resort, Senggigi, Lombok recensioner

I stayed for 4 nights at the resort and it was amazing. Everyone was welcoming and attentive to my every needs. I got the room with sunset view and despite the rainy season I was able to enjoy it. I love all the services available in the hotel (as mentioned on the website). I didn’t have to get out. I had a great spa treatment, the food at the resort was yummy as well as the cocktails. The resort can answer to your every needs. All the reviews were spot on. The chef even accommodated some changes I asked for. I should I have booked for a longer stay. The view is peaceful and relaxing. The room was spacious, the bed soft and I enjoyed sleeping in it. Love the bedside story and biscuits left every night. I like hearing the sound of the waves, I was at peace and got all the rest I needed during my stay. Thanks you so much for making my stay such amazing and wonderful moment.

We booked a room with a bathtub and it was super romantic in the evening. Fantastic view of the ocean. The breakfast could have been bigger. You are only allowed to get one dish from the menu, so if you want an omelette and almond croissant, you have to pay for it. The location is very quiet far from any mosques.

Giving this resort a perfect score for excellent pool villa room, top notch service, attention to detail and overall value for money. Sudamala Senggigi made our stay memorable and very relaxing. I would highly recommend!

What can I say ? This is a small resort (35 rooms) where service and customer experiences still are valued. Rooms are not the newest, but well maintained and super clean. Breakfast and food in general are excellent (thank you chef for the extra touch). Views from the resort are incredible. We had a lovely stay. Big thumbs up to all the staff.

Wonderful traditional style resort in the quiet part of Sengiggi with incredible service. The signature dishes in the hotel restaurant are delicious and make sure you get front row seats by the beach to watch the sunset while having happy hour half price cocktails. The hand-delivered cookies and bedtime stories in the evening are a lovely personal touch.

We stayed at this resort for 2 nights and it was a nice experience. The Olah Olah restaurant had beach-front tables and we also had the Sambal tasting menu, which was reasonably priced (and a lot of food for just 2 people)! Having breakfast is recommended and was one of the best breakfasts we've had. Unfortunately, one evening, we found lots of small bugs on our bed (the staff said this was likely because of the incoming storm/humidity) but when we reported this, they moved us immediately to another room. A small inconvenience but at least the air conditioning was stronger than our first room. The staff were very helpful and friendly, as you would expect from the excellent hospitality seen across Indonesia. The resort's surroundings and decoration was nicely done. I would totally recommend this resort to anyone staying in Lombok, especially if there intend to use the Bangsal Port to go to the Gili Islands or Bali (the resort is relatively nearby).

What a gem this place is. Five star in every aspect other than [and this is subjective], location. It's a bit off the beaten track approximately 5 minutes from the town of Senggigi in Lombok. The sunset room was brilliant. The chef is amazing, serving up consistently great food at reasonable prices. Without exception the staff were friendly and accommodating. We have travelled extensively through Asia over the last 10 or so years and stay in boutique hotels/villas/resorts wherever possible. This resort ranks with the best of them and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone considering a relaxing stay on Lombok.

from check in to check out our stay at Sudamala was excellent. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the hotel has beautiful grounds. The pool is a great size and excellent for kids, the beach is right by the hotel and is clean (water shoes needed due to the rocks). cocktails at the bar watching the amazing sunsets was a highlight. As other people have mentioned the food at Olah Olah is exemplary; we particularly loved the breakfast. Overall, our stay was excellent and we hope to return one day.

Super comfy room, delicious food, very hospitable crew, great view and location as well, by the beach! Sunset view was 100/10 But the wifi and internet connection? For God Sake, was such a disaster! I couldn't do some of my work from my room. Nice hotel for solo travelling or with family, as long as your title is "Vacation". Business Trip? Not a wise choice really.

We had a marvellous stay at Sudamala. It is a 5 star hotel but the hospitality is top notch like a 6 star hotel (Putu, Suhaimi, Dadi). They really made our stay very special. The food was great especially the Ayam Taliwang. It is the best ayam taliwang in lombok by Chef Juandi. He even greets us during our breakfast and special arranged lunch. The room was spacious, the bed was really comfortable. We stayed at Narmada 220 sunset view, hence the ocean view was great. We had a late evening flight, and they offer us with late check out at 3.
