飯店服務不錯，設施也與網頁上描述相同，不巧的是入住的時間剛好與到風暴很多沒辦法體驗，餐點好吃有點偏貴，地理位置有點偏遠但是以入住的價格是可以接受的範圍

Прекрасное расположение. Очень сытный и вкусный завтрак. Хороший бассейн с теплой водой. Прекрасный внутренний дворик. Для остановки на 1-2 ночи - отличное место.

I will write a list of all the things that are wrong with this place: 1. The food is vile; frankly, quite terrible. There is nothing on the menu, particularly nothing for vegetarians and they are exploiting one poor waiter who has to run around serving multiple tables. 2. It is unclean. The bathroom is like what I imagine communal prison bathrooms to be like - interpret that as you wish. 3. There is no coffee. They don’t have a coffee machine. Good luck asking for non dairy milk. 4. Breakfast is sub-par to be kind, disgusting to be realistic. 5. There is a giant grate that caused an elderly woman to fall over and injure herself. 6. There is no aircon - if you are staying here, you are in for one sweaty night. 7. The soap dispenser in the shower is broken.

The room is very tatty The towels when I got some were stained and grey . Yes daily water but the fridge was not working properly The shower was a trickle an older style hotel that should be at best 2-3 star rating . Yes by the beach but not on it , you still have to walk to get to it The cleanliness left a lot to be desired overall Whilst I was there the grounds were taken over across three days by a graduation ceremony . Staged around the pool area the grounds were taken up by whole families there for the day . We were not informed about this until the day it begun and a sneaky paper on the bed The breakfast was very poor and the fruit had a strange taste . Look further for your hotel

We stayed for several nights. The beds were big and comfortable. Hot water run well. Everything was clean and tidy. The pool was great. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Sadly the internet in our room was spotty. We enjoyed the beach (dont let your kids swim, its treacherous) and a nearby mountain walk.

I stayed here with my family, in their bungalow room. It was very cozy, comfy and my kid love the big bath tub. The vibes of the hotel was so calming and the staff were very respectful and nice. The served delicious ndonesian food for BF, and we enjoyed them all but especially their fried noodle and chicken porriadge. The pool man cleanned the pool daily and he is such a sweet man. The highlight of my stay was enjoying my time by the pool. Thank you Puri Saron Arisman

Although I like the hotel, breakfast was marvellous and most staff members were very nice and helpful, I have one big remark. During my days I was being harassed by two boys, one named Bahrul, for money and other things. I also heard that of other guests and read stories about money or jewellery being stolen out of the rooms the last few months, So this hotel is a no-go for me next time and I would never recommend it to everybody looking for a place to stay.

The hotel is in complete disrepair. You can see that years ago it was among the top hotels in the region. However, the ravages of time and the failure to maintain the entire complex has made that the hotel no longer meet the needs of today's travellers. Coming on top of that, the overall hygiene that leaves a lot to be desired. Dirty towels in the bathroom, swimming pool not clean and with very murky water, breakfast in heat holders offering the same meals at dinner...etc There are much better hotels in the area to choose from.
