Svarga Resort Lombok recensioner

I don't know what to say! I just expect something more for $100 Aud. The room itself quite old. Only the view and the pool was good. Our room is in the roof so if you travel with family with big luggage and many stuff better don't take the room in the roof because the staff not willing to help you. Before I decide to take the room, they promise will help when check in and check in, but when the check out time nobody come to you. Some cockroach reunion in the room.

the place was tooooo beautiful. did set a lower expectation based on the reviews for the maintenance but they still tried their best. paint chipping here and there shouldn’t be an issue. we had issue with aircond and complained , they got it fixed immediately. able to see both ocean and mountain view from our open balcony, enjoyed jacuzzi with those view and the night stars was just too beautiful. we also got to see sunset from our room. it was just tooo much of a perfect spot honestly. breakfast was not buffet but rather ala carte menu

Was a pleasant stay at Svarga, the location was good. Rooms are clean.

Located at Senggigi..a very happening area crowded with all resorts and hotel..very friendly and helpful staffs..floating breakfast is super cheap..only an additional 100k rupiah and you may customize your menu...kudos to all the hotel staffs..I guess the problem lies with the top management..this resort has a magnificent interior landscape design..creating space and utilizing area BUT it was very old and Def need maintenance...water patches and stain is almost everywhere...I guess certain repainting work is very much needed...also..it's not child or elder friendly as that's too many stairs to climb up..of course the scenery worth the climb..yet this resort need an upgrade asap

Cantik, friendly staff, food also tasty! Toilet a bit scary (people from outside can see you 😅) Overall I really enjoyed myself staying in Svarga! View sangat cantik because you can see beach, ocean, mountain

Overall is good, open bathroom is suprised for the first time but you get used to it later. Wifi connection is not so strong, but you can still connected. Nice view, helpful staff, affordable price.

It's annoying when we can't refundable. The lift was broken. Should be Trip.com and Svarga has good testament for the customer, make it easy to refund. Not using customer money, if customer wasn't happy you both we won't using anymore. I just waste my money can't refund. Any rat 💩, 🪰, not buffet for breakfast. I just paid for floating breakfast but I got a little breakfast.

over all, it’s a great place to stay with or without partner. Especially for those who look for quietness

Resort location is on the sengigi beach main road. Room was clean but some facilities was not really well maintained (acceptable because of pandemic). overall loving the ambience of this resort.
