Great property with good amenities and cleanliness, recommended for family and kids

Nice place to stay in jeju, clean and has many things around.

Front desk - 2 female staff are rude and impatient upon check-in and check-out. Cannot enjoy the benefits/discount : Discount coupon for sauna and cosmetics shop cannot be used - only 1 sauna coupon for 3 guests but the shop needs to have 1 for each person. Cosmetics shop is not in the hotel or shopping mall.

Good location with many activities in the resort. Near osculloc as well

The buffet breakfast provided various choices. It was nice and suitable for kids and adult. The hotel is located near the theme park and the shopping mall.

Repeated stays at this hotel. A very convenient place for all, for business, family and theme park!

Enjoy the stay and a number of eateries within the Shinhwa World. Explore closer areas during the day and relax at night when back to the hotel. The theme park is small but still can and play some rides.

Amazing hotel stay! The hotel staff were polite and can communicate with English. Loads of food and things to explore at the hotel. EV charging available at hotel!

The staff are friendly and professional when we need assistance. The room is very clean and bright, comfortable bed and pillows! Convenient locate to restaurants 、shops, waterpark(was good but towels not provided, bring your own or purchase at entry) and theme park (quite small). Free parking and Wi-Fi provided. BUT when the China and Taiwan tours arrived the vibe changed to feeling like we were immersed in a tour hotel in China. Housekeeping found it a challenge to replenish our amenities after the influx of the groups it seems they must have been overworked or understaffed - forgetting to replace old towels and remove our garbage and 3 consecutive days it happened during what was a 8 night booking we checked out early and went elsewhere the last 2 nights. The tours groups seemed to be most interested in the casino in the Marriott. Of the 3 properties, this was the most peaceful - Shinhwa Hotel is STRICTLY for families with young kids in my opinion, Marriott not worth the extra (they include the pool $ in the price but if you don't swim or weather not good you have paid for it OR unless you want Marriott Points or interested in the Casino right below you and a lot of adult guests roaming around at late hours. We had the connecting room deal (KLOOK or Hotel direct booking only deal) - very good value.

Great experience overall, as you would expect from a decent hotel. The staff speaks English, but only enough to help you with hotel related things. I think this place is more for Koreans traveling within Korea because there was no going above and beyond. Like nothing tourist related questions/assistance. Maybe it was the language or the culture or maybe I’m just used to something else. But clean, and professional service.

They are very hospitable, trustworthy, polite and helpful. Though we do have a language barrier but they manage to express and communicate well. I love the food of course, this place is really a nice to re visit and recommend. Kudos to everyone I do loved and enjoy staying here. Thank you for everything 😊

Room are clean and tidy. Restaurant foods are expensive and there a minimart G25 at the Theme Park area. Can rent Hanbok inside Theme park and there a 20% discount if you are staying in Shinhwa. There are many beautiful natural sightseeing places like Waterfalls, Beaches, Mountain, Garden , restaurants around Seogwipo. But you need a car to move around.
