The Siena Primo (Original Tuscany Hotel) recensioner

Hotel insisted we had to pay extra for 1 more adult but our booking was made for 3 adults in Trip. Ultimately, it was resolved and we suppose it was a Trip booking issue. Location was not the best as the nearest bus stop was a 15 minutes walk away, which was not too convenient due to the summer heat. Other tourist attractions within Seogwipyo were not directly accessible too, and were probably a 25 mins car ride away? We noticed many families with small children in swimwear, so we reckon it was more suitable for people who like swimming or water activities in a resort. Amenities in room could have been replenished more too. The bathroom was not leakproof and extremely slippery after taking a bath. Extra caution required and very dangerous.

Facilities were neat but much smaller than expected compare to other 5 start hotels (since it was a resort). They have great restaurant for dinner, very much enjoyed. My room was supposed to be a ocean view, however due to construction, it was literally construction view with much noises through out the two nights stay. In addition, I got unknown skin allergy as soon as I entered the room near my belly area, and got so much worse after taking shower from the room right after I noticed the skin irritation. The irritation and itchiness got worse after having dinner from the restaurant located in the hotel, I could not get sleep at all first night. Second night, the allergy got spread all over my chest, neck, belly and even through my limbs right after I took a bath in my room. Since I don't know the exact root cause of this allergy, I won't blame Toscana, but unfortunately, this was not a pleasant trip for me, I will not visit Toscana, never again.

토스카나 기대해서 갔는데 아기 수영장에서 다녀와서 샤워한데 욕실에서 2번이나 넘어졌어요. 프란트에서 발 매트 여러개 요청 했지만 샤워 할때마다 물이 넘쳐서 욕실 이용하기 너무 불편 했어요. ㅠㅠ 물이 현관까지 넘쳐서 정말 너무 당황 했어요. 욕실 시설에 신경 좀 많이 써야 할것 같아요.

토스카나호텔 건물자체도 크고 시설도 잘 구비되어 있습니다.사계절 온수풀 아이들이 놀기 좋게 잘 되어 있고 직원들 항상 상주하시며 안전요원이 관리해주셔서 안심하고 놀 수 있었어요.마주치는 모든 분들 친절하시고 잘 안내해주셔서 무척 기분이 좋았습니다.객실도 넓고 쾌적해서 편했어요.

房間總體物有所值，前台小哥哥小姐姐很友好。印象最深的是餐廳的經理大叔，温文爾雅，説著挺標準的英語。泳池和小童玩耍區域都很不錯，健身房很小。覺得有暇疵的地方是：1，早餐不夠豐富；2，房間空凋有些滴水；3，洗手間淋浴的設計很容易弄得到處都是水。 由於用一集團下對面就是豪華酒店，顯得本酒店就普通了一些。但一分價錢一分貨，我們酒店還是很有亮點的。哈哈

아이들과 왜 오는지 알겠어요 여름에도 온수풀이라 부담없고 11시까지 따뜻하게 즐길 수 있어요~~ 영화도 틀어줘서 아이들 노는동안 영화를 두편이나 봤네요 하하핫 다음에는 겨울에도 오고싶어요 친절도 숙소 청결도 수영장 만족도 모두 100점입니다^^

아이랑 함께 여름 휴가를 즐겼어요! 키즈프렌들리답게 아이와 함께 좋은 곳이였습니다 아이도 즐거운 추억 가지고 간다고하네요!

1박하면 수영장 하루밖에 이용못해서 아쉬워요ㅠ 온수풀에 아이와 신나게 놀다갑니다 객실 청결도 매우 만족스러워요!

아이와 오기 좋은 호텔입니다. 수영장 밤 11시까지 해서 좋고요. 디너에 키즈뷔페도 아이가 정말 좋아했어요.

혼자서 행복한 신선놀음 시간이었습니다 잊을 수 없어요 또 가고 싶어요 ㅠ

리뷰좋아서 기대하면서 갔는데 체크인시부터 묘하게 기분나뿐게있었습니다.나이드신 직원분들 손님가르키려하지 않으셨음좋겠네요. 안내를해주셔야할부분은 다 생략하고 프론트가 영... 수영장쪽은 라이프가드및 풀바쪽 모두 친절하고좋았습니다. 그리고 객실내 커피캡슐 점검잘하셔야할듯해요.오래되서 다말라서 커버가 그냥 다떨어지더라구요. 좋은호텔인데....5성급에 걸맞는직원교육은 다시해주셔야할듯

前台不會中文後，溝通費勁，説帶小孩的都必須入住新樓，離泳池需要跨樓到達很不方便，結果入住後發現也有其他韓國帶小孩的家庭在主樓入住，房間很小，餐廳很小，種類很少主食少，位置也不夠，小童餐椅縫隙很臟，並且比餐桌要高很不方便， 並且這是見過唯一一個酒店，泳池旁的躺椅需要按小時收費，免費的衹有4個長條凳，必須戴帽子下水，但很多人帶的都是遮陽帽，披着頭髮，和不帶沒有區別，付費躺椅上一家用過後也有沒人來打掃，不允許帶房間的浴袍去泳池，泳池旁的毛巾也不能帶回房間，衹允許帶浴巾過去，對新樓住的客人很不方便，很冷，沒有換衣區，優點是有個小桑拿房。新樓樓下設定了小童區，也要收費，感覺這家酒店掉錢眼裡了，添加了額外多的收費項目。 位置偏僻周圍沒什麼吃的，景點……衹能説濟州島就這麼大，有點什麼也能稱為景點了……

挺好的環境不錯服務熱情

좋습니다. 깔끔하구요. 따뜻한 물의 수영장이 굉장히 마음에 들었습니다. 다시 재 방문의사가 있으니 다음에도 만족감을 주시면 좋겠네요.
