We stayed in the ocean suite which was spacious. Very family friendly hotel with big living area, and great view. The hotel has a fun large kids playground at the basement and a laundry room. The counter staff spoke good English and provided good recommendations and information.

Convenient location and close to all key tourist sites in town. Also near to convenience stores and eateries/ restaurants. Hotel has been around for a while but it was renovated recently and kept maintained well. Good value for money. Parking at hotel entrance is limited but plenty of free parking places nearby. We asked for connecting rooms or rooms near to each other and they provided 2 rooms that were side by side - Perfect!

Cozy little hotel, impressive air conditioning despite winter. Air condition is better than many of the international chains. Very convenient with a convenient store downstairs. Staffs are not conversant in English, some really helpful and some aren’t. Room is alright for the price. They provide many discount vouchers for attractions.

Away from City. If you wishes to explore Seongwipo, this hotel is a good choice. Toothbrush & toothpaste not provided, citing hygiene issue. Otherwise, room is spacious. Buffet breakfast spread average. Have to fry your own sunny side up. Suggest to purchase breakfast in advance at KRW12K. Cost KRW1K more if purchase on the same day. Limited car park lots. May have to park slightly away from Hotel if you come back late.

Nice hotel in a great location. Room was big and clean, nice bathroom and very comfortable beds. View from our room wasn’t a feature - for our room type it was random what you got as a view, I would recommend the hotel charges slightly more for ocean view rooms so customers can pick that. Unfortunately the pool was closed for scheduled cleaning on our one full day there, so recommend contacting hotel or scouring the fine print for pool closed dates. We did use the pool the afternoon we arrived and it was very nice.

close to a waterfall, food market, various stores, sea view. good breakfast and large rooms. excellent for families. Great game room and karaoke and playground.

Room is big and comfortable. The shower is great with hot water and strong water pressure. There is also plenty of parking available around the hotel. It is also in a good location, with walking distance to the seogwipo maeil olle market nearby with lots of food options.

The great location nearby beach, you can find delicious BBQ pork restaurants at the Pork Street which only by walking distance.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking sea views and easy access to nearby attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any requests. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I would definitely stay here again!

Love the location of the hotel. There's a CU at the ground floor too. They provided free usage of games and karaoke which is great as well. But the aircon in the room seems to switch on and off intermittently, not sure of this os common in jeju, but definitely got me sick.

The room was clean and spacious. The pool is an outdoor heated pool so it is nice to swim even in a chilly weather. The breakfast food was basic but fair. The hotel location is not close to the airport but close to the waterfall and other attractions. There is a bus stop just right in front of the hotel.

We had a comfortable stay at casaloma hotel. The room was clean and location was great.

The carpet on the common areas looked quite rundown. However, interior of the room was perfect. Room size was also generous. Location of the hotel is near amenities and fantastic eateries. Also 10 mins leisurely walking distance from Seogwipo’s everyday market, Seogwipo Submarine amd Cheonjiyeon waterfall. We were extremely sarisfied to have chosen this hotel. Value for money.
