Shin Shin Hotel Jeju Ocean recensioner

Took Bus 600 from Jeju Airport to Saetgijeong Park, about 1.5hrs. After that, have to walk about 5-7 mins to the hotel. Easy to get cab via Uber from hotel. Washing machine is provided but need to bring or buy detergent from convenience store. No dryer, need to hang clothes on 5 hangers provided on the false ceiling to dry naturally. Rather quiet in December, need to walk nearer to market to find food. Room good size for family of 4, with separate cubicles for shower room and toilet.

Pretty well located hotel, a bit old, with plenty of parking. The view from the room was great, and the beds were comfortable. However, reception experience, the room cleanliness and state were really terrible. Tons of long hairs left around. Behind the bed was filthy (had to plug a charger, since no other available sockets were nearby). Most of the cabinets and marble were in a state of disrepair. There were some leftover children towels for some reason. Receptionist refused to look away from her phone \ computer, during check in and check out. Refused to answer any question I've had, so for some help I've managed to talk to the cleaners or strangers. The view was great, and the location was good, but I'd look for something else if you're considering this hotel.

If cleanliness is your top priority, you would be happier elsewhere. Generally for the price we don't have much complaints, but the general place felt icky. Visible stains could be seen on the sheets, even after requesting for new sheets we could still find other stains. Day curtains had very visible and obvious yellowing. Toilet and bathroom floor was sticky. The staffs were great in trying to help us with our request, even offering a change of room, but the new room had similar issues. Space was big, location no issues since we drove.

Room as pictured, very big. Location close to the market. Sufficient parking lots. Room didn’t have sufficient slippers for 3 of us. Bed is very comfortable.

It's like a huge apartment that good for families.

Love the huge room size. Location is good but would have preferred the room to have a dryer. A washing machine without a dryer makes it a bit difficult.

The hotel is really spacious, but the furnishing really needs to be replaced. The chairs were peeling. Some of the flooring near the bathroom area suffered from water damage. Other than that, there was free parking at the hotel which is good if you drive. Location is great, only 5 mins walk from the seogwipo olle market, 5 mins drive from Jeongbang waterfalls. Alot of eateries nearby, some even 24 hours. Hotel has a 7-11 at the lobby area. Cheap and spacious for the price given.

The room is large and the location good. But I had booked a deluxe room only to be given a standard room. When I questioned this at the front desk they were rude and refused to change it. They also refused to clean the room as I was staying less than four nights. They didn't point us the way to the elevator as we wondered the lobby wondering which way to go. Check out is 11 am and they won't extend it without additional fees. We left the room at 11:15 as we were packing for our flight, the phone continuously rang after 11 am from the front desk telling us to leave even though we told them we'll be just a few minutes

Room was huge and nice. Beds are super hard. The bathroom area even though is big the shower can use a remodel since there’s a bunch of mold in the floor and edges

서귀포 올레시장 천지연 새연교등 서귀포아름다운명소가 근처이고 방은 매우매우넓으며 침대는 크고 쿠션감이좋았다 큰창으로 약간의 바다와 눈덮힌한라산이 보여서 좋았다 결론;갓성비 최고위치의 넓디넓은숙소~^^감사합니다

근처에 시장 가깝고 시설이 깨끗하고 좋았어요 주차장도 넓어서 자리 찾기 쉬웠는데 아쉬운 건 실내가 너무 심하게 건조해요… 젖은 수건 여러 개 널어놓고 바닥에 물도 뿌리고 잤는데 아침에 전부 바싹 말라있었어요 이 점만 빼면 매우 좋습니다
