Ananti at Gangnam recensioner

Beautiful hotel. It was in great location, just few minutes walk from the multiple train stations. Our only problem was the aircon. We were able to change the temperature lower than 24 degrees. However we were visiting during the winter time, and heard that air con’s are not allowed to be on “cold” mode.

Amazing room, facilities, six star quality, but service is subpar.  In short, hardware is best, software is not up to the standards.  For instance, staff would be chit chatting at the lounge for a long time, when complained of not having done room service before 3:30pm, there is no apologies, did not feel the hotel service vibe that I usually see in quality hotel.  Reason why I gave 4 star as opposed to 5 star.

Hotel is aesthetically pleasing. Many great spots for taking pictures. Rooms are big due to duplex design. However service is average. - shampoo, conditioner, body soap are provided in bars, not the usual liquid. So might not be suitable for older parents. For hygiene purposes, we dont like to share using the same bars, so its quite tricky. When u ask for more, they will charge - bath salt is provided for 2 packs every night. Given the room is allowed to be occupied by 4 pax, the bath salt is not enough. When we asked for additional, they also said it would have additional charge - no turndown services. Room is only cleaned once daily - indoor pool is only open from 9am onwards which is pretty late. While outdoor pool is after 2.30pm. For people who get use to do morning workout before going out, its quite late - checkout at 11am. Above this would be additional charges - room temperature is set the lowest at 24C. Need to ask receptionist to lower it down to below 24C if needed. - we celebrated one of our guest bday during our 6 nights stay. We asked if the hotel were able to provide small surprise like cake. But hotel said its not possible. No surprises at all. Personally, tried once staying at Ananti is enough. Service is totally not my kind.

The hotel is great. Unfortunately, they currently have energy saving policy and no air conditioning inside the whole building. They should have told their guests before staying.

Great location, Spacious Room, nice bathroom and comfortable beds. However, got charged for extra money 30000 kwon/hour during check out simply because the checkout time was 11am( which the front desk NEVER noticed us when we checked in).

Ananti at Gangnam is a splendid hotel with posh and spacious interior. I appreciate the design of the loft room and enjoyed a morning swim at the beautiful indoor pool. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Happy to stay at Ananti Gangnam. This hotel overall location is convenient, cleanliness and service of the hotel is perfect.

Location is slightly further from the main tourist attraction places but besides that everything is 5/5
