När du först kliver in på hotellet är doften så fin att den får dig att må bra! Faciliteterna är rena, tysta och lättillgängliga. Frukostmenyn är bra och du kan förvara ditt bagage både före och efter incheckning. Jag hade inte med mig ett paraply, men det började regna, så de lät mig låna ett, vilket verkligen var till hjälp. Jag vill också boka om till nästa schema!

Jag hade en fantastisk vistelse på detta hotell! Renligheten var perfekt, och rummet hade en otrolig utsikt över floden. Läget är super bekvämt, precis utanför Yongsan Station och bredvid ett köpcentrum, med en närbutik på nedervåningen. Personalen tillhandahöll utmärkt service, så att jag till och med kunde checka ut sent. Bekvämligheterna på rummet var fantastiska, och jag älskade gymmet och den övergripande snygga atmosfären. Rekommenderar definitivt och skulle stanna här igen!

We had a pleasant stay here, helpful and cheerful staffs. All good, we will definitely come back on our next trip to Seoul. Great location near to metro station and close to a big shopping mall.

Easy access with 2 stations nearby.. there’s a convenient store in the same building for 24 hours. Slightly downside is there are pilling on the bed sheets. Regardless, the overall cleanliness is ok and worth a stay!

Nice, clean hotel. Easy access to most of interesting spots in Seoul. Close to subway station. Definitely stay there again.

Good location, beside a mall and metro. Clean and new. But lifts were very slow. Had to wait about 15mins during peak hours to take the lift

Everything was perfect, size is big enough and the room is very practical for travellers

Hotel was very new, thus very clean. Room was smaller than photos but considerably bigger than another hotel I booked. Toilet is a littler tricky as water can easily leak out from the shower and there’s no hooks for clothes to be hung inside—the room we booked was a family room but the toilet set up was like a couple/single room. Hotel service can be much improved with more initiative from the staff to resolve issues. Room was cleaned up in a strange way as well: we booked a room for three and every day, only two pairs of slippers were changed (honestly we don’t need the change but if it’s gonna be, why two when the room is for three?). The glasses were also washed but we couldn’t tell because they were never placed back in their original spots in the drawer. Regardless, we have a restful stay and the location is great, being near many good restaurants and cafes.
