Hotel Less Seoul recensioner

Allvarligt talat det värsta. När jag kom in i rummet frös jag till. Jag kunde inte ens använda toaletten eller badet. Jag fick gåshud i samma ögonblick som jag såg det. Jag ville definitivt inte duscha. Golvet var mögligt och slemmigt, så jag kunde definitivt inte gå där barfota. Toaletten och duschen hade ingen elektricitet, men jag undrar om det fanns elektricitet... Om det inte fanns någon elektricitet från början tror jag att det beror på att man inte kan se ovanstående direkt... Sängen såg smutsig ut och jag ville inte sitta på den. Jag ville inte stanna kvar i rummet, så jag gick omedelbart, fördrivit tiden till klockan 8 och checkade ut omedelbart!! Det här fotot är lite av ett bedrägeri. Låt er inte luras. Det är allt jag kan säga. Min vän hade bokat en annan natt, men jag bad dem av den anledningen att avboka, men de svarade inte, och de sa till och med att jag skulle behöva betala en straffavgift om jag inte dök upp. Jag skickade ett e-postmeddelande med förfrågan men de svarade inte alls, och jag ringde dem runt 21.00 men de svarade inte. Storleken på straffavgiften var inte ens skriven, och det var det belopp som hotellet angav, vilket är skrämmande. Min resa var en katastrof. Min vän jobbar med städning så han har ett annat perspektiv och insidan av luftkonditioneringen var full av mögel och hade inte rengjorts på över 10 år. Det var uppenbart att det var ohygieniskt. Tofflorna i badrummet var som något man hittar hemma. lol De sa att de skulle förbättra sig efter att ha läst recensionerna! Men jag tyckte inte att de hade gjort några förbättringar.

The staff helped us to check-in after midnight. And solving the air conditioning issue. The location is closed to Seoul station which is very convenient. Good location with great service.

The hotel is a stone throw away from Myeongdong, and Seoul Station with many eateries in the vicinity. The room is generally clean, with firm mattress, thick blankets and we had a good night sleep. The staff is friendly and informative when we arrive at the hotel lobby.

the location is convenient, just near Seoul station exit 4, the staff are very mice and the room is clean and tidy.

The location is not bad if you're traveling via the dark blue subway line. The room is a bit small but very clean.

It's convenient to stay for travelers. Near to Seoul Station.

Location is very good and it was one of the cheapest (for Seoul). The guy at the front desk seemed nice. However, it wasn’t the most comfortable stay. Firstly, they charged us 5000 w per hour to store luggage for 3 hours until check in, which I thought wasn’t great considering that we were checking in that day, but maybe that is normal practice in Seoul. The bed was not at all comfortable. I woke several times, numb down one side, as it was very hard. Also, had to sleep with the blind open to let in cool air, as the air con was too strong for such a little room. This meant that light was coming in very early and it was difficult to get the temperature right. We stayed in June. It’s fine for a couple of nights, but any longer then I would recommend spending a little more money.

Clean and strategic

friendly staff, cleanliness and safety a bit far from Myeongdong street, walkin distance take 20-23 minutes but for me still okay

Good location ; noise prevention needs to improvement will be better.

This is the worse hotel so far I have been staying.

位置極佳，近首爾站四號出口。門口公車四通八達，前往明洞、景德宮等地區相當方便。站前樂天馬特購物完可以馬上拿回飯店。唯，飯店空間對四口之家來說略顯有點小，且房間內濕氣頗重。但服務是沒問題！
