Seoul Residence Myeongdong

The hotel is very good, spacious, modern and convenient located.. we love this. Once tired from shopping can back to hotel to rest....but they do not provide any shampoo, shower gel and etc .

My daughters and I recently stayed here, and we absolutely loved our experience. It is an apartment-style accommodation, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The cleanliness of the apartment was absolutely top-notch. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, which we highly appreciated. The kitchen and washing machine were incredibly useful, and we fully utilized them during our stay. Just a quick tip for future guests: you do need to bring your own laundry detergent. If you forget, don't worry, there is a Daiso just a few steps away from the apartment where you can easily pick some up. The location is unbeatable. It is very near Myeongdong Station and the famous Myeongdong Night Market. It made exploring, shopping, and grabbing street food in the evening incredibly convenient. Airport bus also just nearby. Every morning we walked using different trail to Namsan Tower to enjoy the nature. make your seoul trip different from others. The apartment spans two floors (loft style). While we loved the layout, the stairs might be a bit troublesome if you are traveling with elderly family members or anyone with knee issues. While the cost is on the higher end, the convenience, space, and quality made it completely worth it for us. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Seoul.

1.No basic toiletries were provided, such as shampoo and soap. 2. No hair dryer was provided. 3. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, but check-out is at 10:00 AM, which is not reasonable. 4. The reception staff could not communicate in English and were not regularly available at the front desk.

As you read from many other comments, my review is about the same but would like to give some suggestions. Advantages - The location is really, really good - Below the apartment have 7-11, GS25, cafe and etc. so very very convenient for the traveller with elderly and kids. - Apartment come with kitchen, washing machine, cutleries. So it is very good for late night supper or breakfast. - Before going I was worry about the apartment will be cold, surprisingly it is not and we have a very comfortable stay. - The reception uncle is super friendly and check in is fast and seamless. Disadvantage - There is not place to hang our jacket, since entrance area have so many storage area. Suggest change to at least one cabinet for railing and hanger. - Also very little hanger provides. - I believed I am not the first guest commented about the toilet shower room water leakages. Hope the maintenance team look into this issue. - The toiletries part, it will be a plus if apartment provides it. Overall, our whole family has a wonderful stay and my boys said they will go back Acente again.

Excellent location.. Has everything u need in the room. Washing machine, dryer, heater, coffee machin, wifi etc... will stay here again..

Excellent location, just beside Myeongdong subway station exit 2/3. Have washer dryer and kitchen in the room. Do note that hotel doesn't provide bath soap and shampoo, but the 12 storey Daiso is just next door, so it's easy to buy.

10 out of 10 location, room size is ok. Stayed for 5 nights, it is stated that there are no amenities as expected, but did not expect no freshen up of towel at all. It required additional charge for new towels. Could improve customer service

Stayed here for 4 day 3 nights and it was one of our best stay in Seoul! Subway (myeongdong exit 4) is right in front of the building and many halal eateries and supermarket at this stretch of road. Daiso Myeongdong is also 5 mins away. Perfect spot for those who like shopping and can save lots of time in travelling! Apartment has essential things like induction cooker, washing machine, towels, kettle, toaster which was perfect to whip up meals for kids! Very convenient 👌 Downside was 1 one of the room has see through door which my kids slept in. But master bedroom is facing the myeongdong street. Since we close the blinds, it didnt bother us much. Overall ok for big families and need space for luggage.
