Pullman Ambassador Seoul Eastpole

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities are brand new and beautifully designed, with a modern and fashionable touch. I especially appreciated the high-tech room controls, which made everything from lighting to temperature very convenient and comfortable. The staff truly made a difference in my experience. They were consistently helpful, friendly, and attentive, which added a warm and welcoming feel throughout my stay. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is situated right next to the railway station and connected by a bridge, making it incredibly easy to travel even with luggage. There is also a nearby shopping mall that offers great convenience, including a supermarket, a Daiso store, and a variety of restaurants, so everything you might need is just steps away. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for both comfort and convenience, and I would definitely stay here again.

The room and pool were so beautiful. Relaxing in the pool and spa was definitely the highlight.

Both check-in and check-out was smooth. Hotel located few min away from Guui station that is easy to commute to other places as well. Staff are very friendly. Room is soacious for 2 people and ample space to just leave our luggage open on the floor.  Overall will come back again

awesome experience staying at this hotel. the location is perfectly next by the transport station and nice room service and delight nearby view, got 24x7 convenient store and starbucks and shopping mall just aside.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was excellent, and the overall hotel environment was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly, and provided outstanding service. We especially want to express our sincere gratitude to Julie. She went above and beyond to help us locate the phone we accidentally left in a taxi. Her kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference for us. She was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and made our entire stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Because of employees like Julie, we truly believe this hotel maintains such a high standard not only in its facilities, but also in its service culture and overall hospitality. We had a very happy and pleasant experience here, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to our friends without hesitation.

This hotel is 2 stations away from Seongsu. Loved it compared to the standard Myeong Dong which i always frequent. There is a mall next to it which has Olive Young. The pool is also free which in many parts of Seoul, the swimming pools require a fee. Less restrictions on the pool as well (swimming cap despite being bald)

Epic experience. Landed in Seoul suddenly - randomly - for a family emergency. This hotel has been a bastion for my wife and I (and our child). The staff is so extremely friendly helpful and accommodating with every situation or question we have encountered. The food has been top notch and the facilities are all amazing. Pullman has singlehandedly defused what would have otherwise been an extremely stressful time for us in Seoul and for that we are sincerely greatful. This is solid hotel, brand new building and amenities. Very close to metro (direct connection from building to metro via shopping mall). The service also helpful. Recommended. The downside is only the price of breakfast.

A stunning new hotel. The moment you walk in, the atmosphere really catches your eye. Everything feels modern, stylish, and very well designed. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable, with that “new hotel” freshness throughout. From the lobby to the rooms, every detail felt clean, polished, and thoughtfully done. Overall, a very impressive stay. If you’re looking for a fresh, modern hotel in Seoul with great vibes, this place is definitely worth it.
