Great location and amenities. Nice restaurant on ground floor. 711 across the street and near to an Olive Young and other cafes.

We extended our stay as our room was comfortable with everything we needed, washing machine, clothes dryer machine, steamer Iron, drying rack, kitchen equipments. Room was well maintained, clean & good ambiance. Easy access from bus stops to Myeongdong, Namdaemun, Seoul Station, Sangsu & airport etc. While Chungmuro Station exit 7 with elevator, 447m 8 mins walk, exit 8 was 263m 4 mins walk, street was flat & easy path. Convenient store 711 opposite hotel, nearby there’s 2 CU convenient stores. Free luggage stowage room provide for before & after check in. Staff was efficient & helpful. Answered messages & requests promptly. We enjoyed our stay at Inn-the city Chungmuro.

Great location, within walking distance to everything. The service was excellent—when we had an issue with the TV, the staff communicated with us promptly and worked hard to get it resolved. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would happily stay here again.

Location was great and checking in and out was easy. Will definitely consider staying here again on m next trip!

Nothing fancy, but honestly everything I needed. The full kitchen was a huge plus, and the location struck the perfect balance — away from the chaos of downtown, yet conveniently close to shopping and everything else.

Clean, nice and spacious room with full kitchen. Would be nice if there’s a fitness centre and earlier check-in and later check-out. Maximum extension is only 1hr (for early check-in as well).

At first, we were given a different room than the one we had booked. Since there is no reception, we contacted the host by email, and they responded immediately and changed our room without any issues. We really appreciated their quick and helpful service. The room had everything we needed. It was a little small, especially if you’re traveling with large suitcases, but it was comfortable for a short stay. Overall, the room was clean, although we found a plastic bottle and a plastic bag from the previous guests under the bed. The apartment is conveniently located, about a 5–8 minute walk from the nearest metro station. There is also a small restaurant right next to the entrance, and we highly recommend trying it. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this accommodation.

Hotel was difficult to find in Uber or in the Naver Maps. It was not listed. Only the Inn the city Myeongdong is listed. No address was given in the booking email. Because of this we arrived at the wrong location and had to lug our luggages in the street. This is difficult for a disabled person like me. Otherwise the location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room is good. There is no receptionist at both Inn-the city premises which made it difficult for us to communicate or know that we arrived at the wrong place. Please provide better information to your guests with proper maps and address.
