Mycket bra

The hotel is modern and new, and the rooms are a decent size. The location is amazing, near metro station and main attractions The bathroom is very small, the shower is above the toilet. The room was not very clean, as there were stranger’s hair when we arrived. Also although we asked our towels were not changed.

Very good service from sky who helped me a lot with trying to book train tickets. Very clean place and location is just next to Starbucks and another few coffee shops. I'd definitely come back

this place is located 5 mins from 2 metro stations and 15mins walk to hongdae. can take 6002 from incheon airport, the bus stop is 5mins away. the room is very clean and quite spacious for 1 person. the toilet is quite small but i dont mind it at all. there are alot of local eateries in the neighbourhood, and a convenience store and a mega coffee right downstairs. there is also an olive young about 3mins away, as well as a supermarket 5mins away. will come back again!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything that was needed for a short stay. Lots of places were nearby and walking distance, including restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets and the subway station.

The place is great value for the price you pay and very clean. The location is also great if you want to be close to the university area. Only negative thing was that the bathroom smelled a bit weird but it was still very clean so not really a big problem :)

Communication was clear and front desk was very eager to help with any queries. Room was clean, but 2 people might be quite tight fitting. No kettle to boil hot water, but there is a fridge and hair dryer provided, and microwave at reception. As a solo traveller, the room was perfect. Just one issue was that the door has poor soundproofing, so any noise outside my room could be heard very clearly. Otherwise, 10/10 would stay again

I stayed at K-Grand 新村旅舍 for 4 nights in Seoul and had a really pleasant experience. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed — comfortable bed, good air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and a clean bathroom. The guesthouse has a nice common area where you can relax and meet other travelers. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk from Sinchon Station (Exit 2). Super convenient for Hongdae, Ewha University, and easy subway access to Myeongdong, Itaewon, or anywhere in Seoul. There are tons of restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and shopping right around the corner. Staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations and check-in was smooth. The price was very reasonable for the location and quality. Great value for money! Would highly recommend K-Grand 新村旅舍 for solo travelers, couples, or friends looking for a convenient and comfortable base in Sinchon. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip to Seoul!
