Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean. Airport shuttle bus stop and train station are just a few minutes' walk, so it's convenient to get around.

Reasonable price and good location for food. Near subway and bus station

The room was very cold. There was no heating. It was noisy. Not enough for the value. In short, it was like a 3-star hotel.

Near to City Hall station, walkable to naedaemun and Myeongdong. Nice local food nearby and I will definitely stay there again for sure.

it's really near the train station at cityhall with places to eat nearby and a convenience store. I'll recommend it if you are travelling in a family.

Central location, decent cleanliness. Just a note to all, air con will not be on during winter. They do provide a fan (when requested) and you can open the windows to cool the room down. Doesn’t bother us but for others to take note.

The hotel is located next to 2 subway stations, and many attractions (Myeongdong, Gwangwamun, etc) can be reached by foot. The room is quite big and the bed was comfortable.

The location not so good. Construction near by starting from 7am. The convenien store closes 10:30pm or need to walk little bit. Staffs are kind but not reasonable. Asked if late check out is available. 1. No asking room number to check if the room is fully booked or not. 2. No asking how long. I just needed 30min or possibly an hour. 3. Said prefer early check out. Lol (Never heard from any hotel to customers) Room condition is not so bad. But the door sounds from next doors might be bothering if you are sensitive. Also the door wasn't automatically closed. You need to push to the end.

ENA suit hotel Namdaemun Seoul is a MUST STAY whenever you go to Seoul South Korea. The Staff is AMAZING and my whole Family LOVE LOVE LOVE this place.😍❤️🥰🙏🏾🙏🏾

This place is near to subway and busstop, very convenience to go out. There are restaurants, cafe, and convenience store too.

Clean room. 5mins walk from city hall subway station. Nearby have restaurants and CU.

The room is very spacious and have comfortable beds. I have stay here for 9 days . It is so convenient subway station is nearby (city hall).

Nice hotel in a good position. Negative outcome the noise on the corridor and the alarm at 7am not requested

Very good location, 20minute walk from Seoul station. Easy access to different areas in Seoul. Spacious and clean room with a lovely bathroom. Free water is provided daily. Staff were friendly and helpful especially with booking taxis.
