Glad Gangnam COEX Center recensioner

The hotel location itself is pretty accessible with direct bus from the airport, few mins away walking distance from the bus stop. COEX is within few mins away on foot. The bed is amazing. Food is not buffet style but a la carte but surely sumptuous. Drinks are unlimited and the salad, too. The room is clean, they automatically make up the room. The bed is amazing. Subway station is like right outside the hotel 2mins walk. Its worth the price. Not too expensive, not too cheap. The only problem with the hotel, is not the hotel itself but the construction going on outside.

Great location, limousine bus direct to Coex center / Samseong intercontinental Station. Close to Starfields library in coex, found Aquarium too pricey. Hotel service staff are doing their job, nothing above and beyond. Asked for help re transfers to ski resort, immediately got a taxi but didn't bother asking for detail ie number of travellers, size of taxi, provide with detail on taxi fare. We were given 3mins to check out so rushed to our hotel room to pack everything.

Asked for extra 3 pillows as it was a triple room and pillows were soft down pillows with no support. They could only give me 2. Amazing such a big hotel but inadequate pillows/ or some strange policy?

It’s very convenient to Coex Center and to a bus station going to Incheon Airport. The beds were super comfortable, small room but had everything we needed. The breakfast was great! We had to pick the breakfast when we checked in, it was served quickly when we requested it in the morning.

First of all, the room they assigned to me as a “city view” was nothing more than a tiny, prison-like window just a few inches long looking out some old building. These rooms are not even shown on their website, and I felt deceived by their advertising. While the room was clean, it was extremely stuffy. To make matters worse, the hotel stops operating the air conditioning from November onward, regardless of the outside temperature. This means that even if the weather is unseasonably warm, guests are left to suffer in discomfort. I would not stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to anyone I care about.

It was great to stayed in here. We enjoyed it everything was very clean . And it was really nice. All the staffs were nice too.

Good service, extremely convenient location in the heart of Gangnam and within literally a few steps from the Samsung subway station. The place is clean. I haven't tried their breakfast but it seems reasonably good. No complaints, happy to return in the future.

The overall experience was below average. There was an unpleasant odor in the corridor, which affected the comfort of the stay. The primary advantage of the property is its convenient location.

Simple and convenient hotel. Very close to Coex mall. Towel was a bit old not much service but again, when you are not asking for four or five stars hotel service.

Overall, the hotel is for work, not for tourists. It has several weak points, including the lack of cold air conditioning, so if you get hot, you're out of luck. Sometimes the beds aren't made, and the breakfast is very, very meager. If you want to replenish your energy for a full day of work, it's not suitable."

the hotel have a very good location next to coex with lots of transport and food options. checkin time.is quite late compared to others at 3pm and no possibility to do it earlier. you also have to pay for toothbrush which is a first for a hotel at that price.

The hotel was modern and clean. The rooms although on the smaller side were very cozy and well equipped. We had a brilliant night sleep. It was quiet and bed was comfy. The COEX mall and Aquarium is across the road so ideal if you want to shop and see some fish. The food street and alleys are also close by. 7/11 and Starbucks around the corner too.

Amazing space and location! Was able to check in early. Service was on point! Will definitely return.
