Very dirty toilet...i cant wear my spec when using the toilet. Bed quite ok..the only problem is cleanliness. The have washing machine but no dryer..in winter its hard to make your cloth dry..the room we book still feel cold even heater is on

Do not be deceived by the official photos aa they seem to be from long ago. The room I was given was in a sorry state. The intro said mountain or city view, there was no view to talk about, that is if you even dare to touch the extremely dusty blinds and Window. The sink was faulty on day 1 and I reported it to reception who told me they will need some parts and will change so on day 2. Day 2 came and went and nothing was done because the manager had more important thing to do than repair a faulty sink. Asked again on Day 3 to see if they could change my room since they can't fix the sink and was told 'there's no extra room'. By then,i had already put up with 2 nights with a faulty sink and had 2 more nightscat this place. On day 4, the receptionalist came to me to offer to change my room (I guess they have no intention to fix the sink) but by then I had only 1 night left so i rejected. It took them 4 days to even remotely solve the problem. As per the photos, the room was extremely dusty at places. The receptionist are very polite and communicates very well. Sadly, though they had no power to problem solve. The fridge in the room stopped working the moment you take out the key card. I learnt it the hard way when I went back to warm drinks at night. The best feature is the fridge in the common area.

The hotel is very close to subway and myeondong shopping/walking street

It is very cozy n near to the shopping street and easy to find halal food. Just nearby daiso n near to go to subway station

Location is great. Just a 3-min walk from Myeongdong station. There is a ramp at the guesthouse entrance for luggages and there is a lift and stairs in the 6-storey building. Bathroom is quite spacious. There is a pantry with hot and cold water dispenser. There is also 1 washing machine and clothes rack on every floor. Room is quite small for 2 guests with luggages. No side tables. No individual slippers. Towels might be torn. Hangers might be broken. There was also uncleared dirts below the tray compartment. TV might not always work. It is difficult to navigate the TV channels. There isn't a 24-hour duty staff.

There is odor in the room. I needed have the window open. There are tiny flies in the room. There is no room proper area to storage luggage. You can only leave it in the lobby that’s probably less that 300 sqft where people can come in and out. The serve of the front desk was really poor. Doesn’t seem like they want to talk to you and they don’t really know the area very well when you ask them where is the post office or where is the bus stop? They don’t know where it is. They directed me to a post office, but they didn’t realize that the post office was closed on Sunday.

The room facilities are not good. The room is not soundproof and the security is not good.

This was my second time to stay in this hotel on my journey further to the west.

The location is one of the best, 3 mins from Myeongdong Station. It’s close proximity to Myeongdong Streets means lots of food and shopping options nearby. Beds are comfortable and cosy even during winter.

good location and easier to go to the hotel, nice reception and can speak Cantonese, friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a family room. The room size is adequate and perfect for a family of four. The toilet needs an upgrade though.

Location is super convenient, located just right next to one of the mrt’s exit. The room is good for solo travellers. Not big but enough. Basic amenities all equipped. Kitchen and laundry can also self service at one of the levels.

There’s also a shared kitchen and washing machine for guests to use. One small issue was the slightly unsteady toilet in our room, but it didn’t affect our stay much. Overall, it’s a comfortable and budget-friendly option for exploring Seoul.

Very easy to find hotel Opposite of myongdong street I personally chose this hotel because of its location and I also know it although it is my first time to go korea
