L7 Hongdae by Lotte recensioner

Excellent value compared to international chains. Conveniently located with close and easy access to a few lines of Seoul Metro. If you take the train from the airport to the district (Hongik University stop), it's just a short walking distance of about 10 mins (like 95% covered!). The room is neat, spacious for one person or good enough for a couple. The complimentary drinks and snacks are a pleasant welcome surprise. I hoped for a more elaborate gym but I can understand the cost restraint; the gym "as is" is functional and acceptable. The only thing which I hope the hotel can seriously consider is to include some drawers for placing clothes, especially those used. There is none in my room except a drawer in each of the two bedside tables, which are small and not for that purpose. I think the space under the clothes valet rod can accommodate one or two simple functional drawers. I highly recommend this hotel and shall return or try its sister hotels in other Seoul districts.

Location is very convenience. Crew are efficiency, friendly & helpful, but facilities little bit old, bedsheet damage & pillow is too soft.

The location is not bad, close to one of the exit of metro. The family room size for 3 people is alright. Suitable for a group of 3 girls or a family of 3.

Overall my hotel stay was pleasant. Commendation to the housekeeping crew for keeping our room neat and tidy over the 4 days. Location was also great, located near Hongdae metro and accessible to many areas in Seoul. One downside was the wow pass that promises guests 3000krw but after I signed up for it, the complim Entary welcome benefits wasn't credited. More could be done to better communicate with guests. Also, the rooftop pool required additional payment. I find it a bit disappointed as I thought the hotel came with the pool access.

The stay experience was pretty good. Just the room is a little bit small. But it’s understandable.

A modern hotel with check in at 21st floor. Our corner room on 8 floor with a direct view of the exciting busy Hongdae Main Street and view of big screen on the buildings across. Room size is decent to have two big suitcase open and very quiet. The open bathroom design with shower not enclosed is interesting, water pressure and temperature all good. if sharing room with family is okay. Toilet is individual enclosed with heated feature. Room has good amount of interior lights. Mini fridge is small, free bottles water refill almost daily. Two free juice and poky snacks. Bath robe, slippers (a bit thin). Single bed is comfy, a bit on the softer side, pillow and blanket are down. A Line friend store just opened downstairs. Subway station is few minutes away. Exit 1. Back of the hotel has drop off location. Bags storage pick up must before 10pm. We got late check out by request extended to noon from 11am. Great experience overall. 樂天L7弘大酒店

All perfect for us, the laundry room at level 5 is so convenient and i like the common place at the level 21 lobby to enjoy the city view.  Airport shuttle is less than 5min walk away!  I will definitely choose L7 again!

I had a fantastic stay at L7 Hongdae by Lotte. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the vibrant Hongdae district, surrounded by trendy cafes, shops, and street performances. My room was clean, well-designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the large windows with great city views. Staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. The rooftop bar was a highlight—great atmosphere, good drinks, and a stunning view of Seoul’s skyline. Overall, L7 Hongdae by Lotte is a great choice for travelers looking to experience the energy of Seoul while enjoying a comfortable and trendy hotel stay. I would definitely return!

Convenient location. Provided drinking water on a daily basis. Was given some welcome snacks on arrival day. Hotel has laundry facility in the 5th level.

The hotel has an amazing view, and its location is the best in Korea, in my opinion. It has everything you need.

Convenient location, only 5 mins walk to the subway station nearby. The hotel reception is friendly and speaks good English. There's a locker on the ground floor and big enough for luggage, so you can get a slip from the reception and leave your luggage in the locker on the last day. The he cleaner didn't refill our tissue box and amenities on 3 out of 4 nights.

Located just 2 minutes walk from Hongdae metro exit 1. Walking distance within 15 minutes to Yeonnam-Dong. Hotel is clean and tidy.
