Svar från boendet: Dear guest, Thank you for your review. The room slippers are not disposable slippers but regular use slippers for our guests that's why they seem used. Although there are water dispensers in each floor, you can still request the front desk for a kettle if you want one for your room. We will actively consider the points you've mentioned and work hard to make our hotel even better and try our best to accommodate you in a bigger room on your next visit. Regarding the room temperature, we would like to kindly note that during the winter season, we switch all air conditioners to heating mode to provide warm air in the rooms. This is explained during the check-in process, and additional instructions are available at the front desk should you require assistance adjusting the temperature. The floor heatings are also turned on during winter. We’re sorry to hear that the room felt cold and will make sure to improve the clarity of our guidance for future guests. We would like to apologize for the bathroom size and layout. While our bathrooms are compact, we strive to ensure they are clean and functional for a comfortable stay. We hope to welcome you back in the future and provide an even better experience.
