I have gone through a few like Sejong , Hotel Skypark … to name a few before settle on Ri[an] hotel for 8 nights. Its an awesome hotel despite with 57rooms. It’s well maintained and the staffs are amazing . I would like to give the manager Mr Park , Mr Jeong (staff) and Mr Ku (staff) a compliment. They have been so friendly/helpful and even go through extra miles for every guest who needed help for direction or go about from their hotel. Hotel equipped with a kiosk for the cashless card or even get your money changed (currency exchange). Weight machine to check your luggage before going airport. The level 10 - 24 hr hotel lounge is such a cozy place to hang at and to get a coffee fix or have your cup noodle there. This hotel is around restaurants like bbq and korean food. Convenience store like CU is a stone away . Ramen convenience store and Cafe like Paik coffee and Ediya and ARTBOX is within 100m. Pop up street food stall as well. SUBWAY station Jongno 3 ga (exit 14) is like 3 mins walk . Frequent that station to go Gwangjang market ( 1 station away). Myeongdong , insadong , Hongdae , Namdaemun and itawon . Airport bus stop from airport stops at outside this hotel. Look up see Kworld and just walk towards that direction and you will see Ri[an]. Oh yah, they supply fresh clean towel and mineral water every day .

The family room was comfy and really spacious, perfect with an active toddler that needs his space. Beds were comfy. There was seperate toilet & bath, with the bath having 2 showers — one with the tub and a shower area. This was really good as several members can prep in the morning faster. They provided water and towels daily. They don’t make up/clean the room daily but you can request cleaning with a day’s notice. There is a business center where you can get coffee, ice, and water. There’s also laundry facilities. It’s a very short walk to subway and bus stations. The area is also great with Ikseon-dong and Cheonggyecheon Stream just a little walk away.

A little faraway from hot spot MyeongDong but still walkable. Subway, bus station and airport limousine bus(plastic timing) is nearby, that’s provided you need to use it. Stone throw away there’s a convenience store and a KBBQ resto(excellent!!) Friday and Saturday, there’s roadside stalls nearby, pretty lively. There’s also more walkable food area, a lot of food and choices. Room wise, was lucky to get room upgrade, overall it’s dated but spacious with new TV. Towel linens is old and rag looking, I wished their refurbished items were unified not certain items only. Amenities is adequate and enough. We did not request for housekeeping service but towel linens and water were given automatically. When checking out, I left around 5-ish am, near 6am. Keycard was just left there as nobody was at the counter.

One of my favourite location to stay in Seoul that is convenient and affordable. It is at Jongno 3 ga Station, and the airport bus stops are just right in front. Highly recommended for ease of travel.

また利用したいです。

1階ビジネスセンターと10階ラウンジで無料コーヒーが飲めるスペースがあり何度か利用させてもらいよかったです。ランドリーも無料で利用できるので便利です ただほかの部屋は分かりませんが、宿泊した208号室は車椅子対応の部屋のせいかトイレに手すりがついているためなのかトイレットペーパーの位置が使いづらいです またドライヤーの使用のための電源が洗面や鏡のある位置には見当たらない等の動線が不便だと思いました 部屋自体は清潔な点と、ホテルの場所がどこに移動するのも便利なのはとても良いと思いました

チョンロサムガ駅から徒歩5分ほどの場所にあり、周辺もとても栄えていて非常に楽しめました！客室も清潔で日本語を話せるスタッフの方もいて初の海外旅行安心して過ごすことができました。また利用したいです！

ホテルの立地はとにかく良くどこに行くにも便利でした。ホテル内も清潔ですしバスタブもついてて快適に過ごせました。次回旅行に行く際も利用したいと思います。

ホテルの受付の人がめちゃくちゃ対応が良くて 初めての海外旅行だったけど安心しました！ 少し汚れが気になった点はあったけど、 部屋も広くてよかったです！

這個酒店太差太差。無比的差勁。 排斥中國人，房間需要用韓文提前預約打掃。當天不給打掃，房間空調巨響無比（我有視頻），酒店服務員認為他們的空調是正常的。經過3個小時與攜程的溝通，都不能退房，。最後溝通打着國際長途才能換房，還有這個酒店的窗户不是窗簾。早上6點左右就會被晃醒。 預訂請謹慎！
