Central Tourist Hotel

My stay at this hotel was absolutely impressive. Its location in the city center is unbeatable, with easy access to the subway, which greatly facilitated my movements. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the service was exceptional. The staff's attention was outstanding; they were always willing to help and make my stay as comfortable as possible. I would definitely return to this hotel. The combination of its central location, cleanliness, and excellent service make it an ideal choice for any traveler.

The place was nice and convenient but the reception (a guy) was so rude when we had to check out our hotel. We were using the toilet for a while and shouted to leave immediately. He can say it in a nice way or just charge us but was disappointed on his behavior. Will not go back because of this.

We needed somewhere cheap that was close to attractions and from the reviews I wasn't expecting much. Stay was manageable and you can definitely see why it's rated so poorly. All the reviews are genuine. At checkout, the man was very rude and tried to overcharge us and was shouting hurry up down the phone very abruptly from 10.30am. The Hotel is pretty much empty so not sure why they were pushing us out. It is very dated and creepy. No amenities, you have to buy them from the desk. Two old ladies were nice, bedsheets were clean and they do make up the room, but nothing else can be said about this hotel. Towels smell of bleach and room smells of poo at night from drains. I wouldn't recommend, unless you are desperate. Another thing, we found this entire area to be full of very rude people and I would say it is due to the demographic, So bear that in mind. We also got scammed by a taxi so only book on apps. We moved to Gangnam Gu and its much better. Ps we did manage to find thus pretty view from the top of the bridges above hotel

Unbelievably dirty. There was an open condom package on the table near the bed and trash/stains all over the room. Also could hear all noise from the hallway and nearby rooms. Employees were friendly and the location is good but is easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

I love that they provided free bottled water and we just take as we please from the fridge in the lobby. So helpful. The location was great. Not tourist side and was able to see more local life. The cheonggyecheon stream was in front of our hotel and the famous Jongno 24 Hours Ramen Convenience Store was also just 1 minute away. The At the same time 2 subway stations were near by and thankfully the airport bus was also near. It was just odd that no one was around to check us out at 330am. We just left our key on the front desk counter. I hope that wasn’t an issue. I tried calling the front desk number that was displayed on the counter but no answer. I hope they don’t charge me an extra day. Overall we felt safe in the day, early morning, and late night. That’s what matters. The room was ok. There was Hot water, AC, and Wifi.
