Ibis Style Ambassador hotel is in Myeongdong district and walking distance to subway exit 10. It is not sheltered from the subway. Room is small but has all the necessary. Staff are helpful and friendly and help guests to book taxis. Good service and nice hotel overall.

Nice hotel at Myeong-dong station via exit 10. Check in start only after 2pm, but you can put your luggages in the storage. The room is clean, with cleaning amenities, digital lock, hair dryer are provided in the room.

Recommended for first time visit Seoul, the location of the hotel connects to multi subway line, and bus stop. Near convenient store, E-Mart, 24hrs. Room is clean and its space is perfect for 2people staying together. Toilet machine and bathroom is separated and they provide body wash and shampoo, towels please don’t forget to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste or cotton buds for yourself.

Convenient location - walking distance to Myeong-dong station and Myeong-dong walking street. Microwave and luggage scale available in the lobby area which is considerate. Convenient store right downstairs. Downside - toilet wasn't flushing well and had to ask someone to come fix. Forgot my adaptor and phone charger after check out; went back next day to ask if they see it and the answer was negative. Then the day after I asked a local hotel staff from the new hotel I was staying in to help call and ask again and this time they said they found it... wonder why they said 'no' the first time I asked.

Our family took two twin rooms for 5 nights here to explore Myeongdong. Location is great firstly, pretty much a short stroll into the busy area of Myeongdong and the Myeongdong subway. The rooms are small, and the design of the bathroom is super inconvenient. For anyone of bigger built, it will be a struggle if you are sharing with a friend. Very little privacy. The other issue both rooms had was the stinky toilet... somehow it just smell foul for all the nights. Not extreme but it is noticeable and off-putting. So overall, location is the only plus point for this hotel.

Location ok.. the room is small and the hotel didn't provide tooth brush and toothpaste, need purchase from hotel.. this irritated me when I check with customer service. Service not so good, room service forgot to provide coffee to us and the bed sheet didn't change everyday. Felt like not so worth to stay here. Will not recommend to my friend and family.

very reasonable price for the hotel. room was a little on the smaller side, couldnt open 2 luggages at the same time. hotel location was good, near the myeongdong station. exit 10 which is closest to the hotel has no escalator, so if you're carrying luggage suggest to take lift and cross the road when you're above ground.

Very good location. It's easy to go to Myeongdong street and night market. Shops and Michelin guide restaurants, restaurants cafes and street food are within walking distance. The toilet has been updated with the latest system. Heated seat automatic spray and dryer and automatic flush when you close the lid are so appreciated. When i am tired from the walk shop I just go back to the hotel and rest. Too bad reception needs to upgrade their English level knowledge. Don't expect someone to guide you where to go in korea just hail google and do your own research.

Very convenient location. Room is in good size compared to in Japan. I recommend this hotel for short trip.

Overall is good, bets is the location, few min walking distance to Myeongdong street, a 24hrs emart next to lobby, but breakfast is too limited variety. I will only rate the staff = average. As in not so professional.
