Hotel Bernoui Seoul recensioner

We came to Gocheok Sky Dome for a concert! We took a taxi there and walked back to our hotel afterward. The location was perfect—super convenient for anyone attending a concert at Gocheok. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even better. Plus, there was a convenience store right next door, which was really handy. A perfect trip starts with booking the right hotel!❤️

The room was a bit aged, but the front desk and the check out guy, they were good. And you have a CU operating inside the hotel until 2am, and they have good restaurants around too.

Hotel good. Many convenient stores nearby. Hotel not give amenities but ist okay you can but at rhe CU shop beside hotel. Room clean and big. Same as the picture

Let me say that the hotel staff are wonderful. Always helpful and ready to answer questions. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a gym and laundry machines. I was able to get in a workout while doing laundry as they are next to each other.

A good hotel to consider staying at! I personally love that they provide luggage storage before & after your stay. Really convenient!

Loved my stay here! It was clean, spacious, and at a reasonable price. Staff was very helpful and kind. I’m definitely staying here again whenever I come to Seoul.

Me and my friend enjoyed our stay. The room was enough for the 2 of us. I just wish they had bidet. The staff are really nice and assisted us whenever we need something. You can leave your luggage bef and aft your stay.

Need a curtain in the bathroom, generally speaking it is a price fair hotel to stay for 1-2 nights, if you want to enjoy the vibe of Seoul, this is not a choice for you. There are many interest food nearby, please go and try the local hospitality. I like the place. Please pay attention to my comments in bathroom... Haha

Came at 10pm to check in for a 3 day stay only to be denied check in because we were considered 'minors' at 19. The front desk staff was largely incompetent and had a hard time trying to explain why they refused check in for me and my friends who were all the same age and gender, to the point they had to print out english translations on a paper three times to convey their message!!! We had to go through so much trouble going back and forth between the hotel and our trip agent, trying to process refunds only for them to tell us later we could stay if we had a parental consent letter signed when we already had two days cancelled and refunds being processed to us discussed by them. It was ultimately a confusing and frustrating experience and it's such a shame that this happend to us, given how elegant the hotel looked. Lost one day worth of stay's money because they refused to cancel and refund the entire stay for some reason. Would definitely not recommend to those who are trying to find a stay in Seoul and are under 20 years of age.

The hotel is very new , it has very good gym. However it has terrible sound proofing, you can hear all 4 sides of your neighbor and all the way down to corridor every minute. I consider the other guest quite quiet but you can hear their footstep non stop not from just above but many rooms above. The toilet wasn't clean properly. Besides the gym, I think it's a hotel you should give a miss.
