I had booked my stay at Youngbin Hotel through trip.com, but I was overall disappointed and unsatisfied with my experience.
Firstly, I discovered a methane gas leak at the bottom of the bathroom in my assigned room. This situation greatly affected my comfort and raised concerns about my health and safety. I don't believe a hotel should tolerate such issues.
What was even more disappointing was the lack of urgency from the hotel staff in addressing this problem. I had to insist on a room change and even had to argue with them before finally being given an alternative room. As a customer, I expect the hotel to be more attentive and respectful of our needs.
While other aspects of the hotel may have been satisfactory, this experience has made me question the overall quality of Youngbin Hotel. I hope the hotel takes customer feedback seriously and learns from this incident to improve their service quality.
I do not recommend Youngbin Hotel to other travelers due to their shortcomings in handling customer issues and providing a satisfactory customer experience.
