The service is average. the condition of the room is also pretty average. You can see a little dirt stains on the floor and walls. plus we went during winter and it was snowing outside and shoes tend to leave dirty water marks on the floor which were left there till we left. Location wise, it’s great! Walkable distance to sinsadong, apujeong and Cheong dam.

Everything was good besides the pillows which were the worst pillows I have ever had, there were 4 of them on the bed and all of them felt like paper pillows. I kept waking up in the middle of the night because my neck hurt, in the morning they become so flat like papers....lol

Heads up, the bathroom lighting is really dim. I wish it were brighter. Also, they don’t have small towels for showering, only the mid and large sized. Other than that, everything was fine.

I enjoyed my stay here. The location is excellent. Walking distance to shopping areas/can take a bus to shopping areas. I love their breakfast most. Albeit not too many options but high qualitty

The hotel was very nice with friendly staff :) My room was clean with service every day which made my stay more pleasant.

The bed is comfortable and people at the front desk are very nice and helpful. Unfortunately very slow elevators and cleanliness is not so good. It’s located on the main road so gets very noisy. Sound insulation is bad- you can hear your neighbours behind the wall. There were also weird smells coming though the air con unit: sometimes the room suddenly smelled of cigarettes, the other time of food.

Location between 3 subway station, 10 min walk each. Airport bus station just across the street of the hotel. Very helpful management. Great bar on the top floor. Wish the room size was a bit bigger.

The AC/Air vent kept making very weird/loud banging sounds randomly during the operation. Everything else was great.

Had a comfortable stay with clean accommodations and convenient access to public transport. However, the noise from passing sports cars during the late hours must have been disruptive, woke up from sleep every night. I stay high floor like level 16.

Because it is in gangnam, it is not very convenient to travel. It is a little far from the subway station, but the hotel room is still very sanitary.

The hotel was really clean and modern. It’s right across from a bus stop so it’s very easy to get around. There’s a 7/11 around the corner and a few bars too. Really enjoyed our stay.

My experience was great: the hotel is quite modern and clean. The bed in my room was one of the most confortable I have been in the last years, and the cleaning service was fast an efficient. The best for me was the delicious breakfast, so I can recommend it. If I visit Seoul again, I'd book again in this hotel.

The location and facilities are decent and quite impressive. However, I'm not sure about the quality of the staff. More than 80% of the staff give the impression that they judge customers based on their perceived wealth, and if they think you don't have money, they can be quite rude. Later, when they realize you do have money, you can sense their jealousy and envy—it's pathetic. Some even engage in petty behavior, like watching you closely and trying to find faults to bring you down. It's a place that feels lifeless. I'd recommend opting for a cheaper, more vibrant place instead. The awkwardness here stems from it being stuck in a sort of middle ground😂
