Nice location. Comfortable bed. But service could be better. Also toothbrush and toothpaste not included, for the 4 starts hotel they must provide it .

Such a nice and reliable place to stay. Very convenient and the location is the best. Rooms are nice and cozy

We booked a deluxe family room with 2 adult and a youth and a kid Was charged with $80 + extra. The hotel room was hot and humid not much aircon. Feedback twice and was given an electric fan. The door knob was a bit stuck need to try a few time to lock and it doesn’t close by itself, need to pull in to close. Shower head will auto drop down if the water pressure is too big.

Ideal for international business travellers (a bit small for families). The staff speak English.

Perfect location and the room provides everything for single travelers. Metro lines 1,2,4, and 5 are close and one can explore the city very well.

Location was near Myeongdong, making it convenient. Room was not bad, but small, toilet was huge though, perhaps some of that space could’ve been used for the main sleeping area. However management can be a little inflexible. Missed the free cancellation by only a few hours and still a couple of days to the booking, and they refused to make an exception even after explanation of the situation which required the cancellation. They requested for an evidence, which was hard to provide as it was a personal thing. I provided alternatives to the cancellation, such as refund via trip.com credits or to hold the booking for a year, but they refused. Contacted both trip.com and the hotel directly, but the answer was a flat out no, no suggestions no alternatives, just no. As a loyal trip.com user, this was a very disappointing experience.

Generally the location is convenient but not suitable for travelling with old folks, as they have to walk the underpass to cross over to myeong-dong everyday. Hotel room interior and amenities are quite old and dim.

Location is very good, near to the lotte department store, myeondong walking street. The receptionist at the ground floor ia very accomodating and friendly. Highly recommended.

The room is very dusty and it caused us bad allergies for the first few days. The water bottle provided had a layer of fine dusts on it too which looks uncomfortable to drink. Their pillows are extremely soft, almost lying flat on the bed. Other than that, everything else was not bad - the water heater change’s temperature instantly which is great and the toilet is clean with fresh towels provided daily. They do not provide, shavers/toothbrushes/toothpaste and these are chargeable. Overall, the room has a good amount of space to fit in 3 of us with big luggages.

Everything is perfect in this hotel! We even got a free upgrade. Walking distance to MyeongDong street and their hotel receptionist speak fluent English and was very friendly! Will definitely stay here again for my next trip!
