Crown Park Hotel Myeongdong Seoul recensioner

Staff were unsmiling, unfriendly. We felt unwelcomed. Unfortunately the staff member told us on the first day the hotel has no gym or fitness room when we went to the bathroom in the last day we discovered there was a gym. We thought maybe it’s under maintenance we went back to the reception and asked the lady said yes we have gym!!!!!! So there has been one but the receptionist told us first there is none. Overall bad attitude experience will never come back again !

I left a box of butter brick cookies on the table and found a few pieces missing pieces when I returned to the room. Called the hotel service desk, but they denied the responsibility of such an incident.

Nice location. Comfortable bed. But service could be better. Also toothbrush and toothpaste not included, for the 4 starts hotel they must provide it .

Door steps night market and Metro services and easy accessible to city and shopping . Breakfast was good and more varieties.  But the delux room size is too small for the family of 3 member's.

Great location for exploring the city while traveling for work, a good choice also for a dinner/after dinner strolling. The room was very clean with a modern design, spacious for one person with a huge bathroom. Amenities are fine, there is a nice bar for a late night drink and a well equipped gym for a morning workout. Good value for the rate, I will probably come back next time in Seoul.

Convenient location. Clean room. Nice staffs especially the tall girl at the entrance. Would recommend to a friend

In Easter 2025, my 10-year-old son and I stayed at the Crown Park Hotel Myeongdong Seoul for a 3-day trip, and it was a fantastic experience! The location is unbeatable—nestled in the heart of Myeongdong’s bustling shopping district, just a 5-minute walk from City Hall subway station, making it easy to explore Seoul. Our room was clean, modern, and cozy, with super comfortable beds and excellent in-room WiFi thanks to a dedicated router. My son loved the vibrant area, with street food and shops galore, though it got crowded at times. The staff were friendly and accommodating, helping with directions and tips for kid-friendly spots. Breakfast (surcharge) was tasty, with options for both of us, but toothbrush and toothpaste weren’t provided—bring your own! For a 3.5-star hotel, it was a great base for our family adventure. We’d stay again! 8/10

Hotel was clean and breakfast spread was good. There's convenient store just right downstairs.

I have booked a Triple Deluxe Room, it looks like an additional bed is added to the room because there is no headrest on the 'additional' bed. There is no view for the room that was given to us.

Small room but clean.  Staff and cleaning ladies are nice.  The only thing to improve is the ventilation of the corridors of guest rooms floors.  It’s a bit smelly.

soundproofing was bad. very noisy...can hear all the water gushing sound from pipes

Such a nice and reliable place to stay. Very convenient and the location is the best. Rooms are nice and cozy
