Hygienic, clean and convenience hotel!

Staff are so accommodating and friendly. The location is just so perfect bcs its walking distance to subways, airport bus station, myeongdong shopping street, and cathedral. Also, the hotel has its 7 eleven store and cafe at ground level. They have work station, fitness gym and restaurant also. Great experience so far! Thanks Lotte City! 🇰🇷

I read other reviews and decided to book this because of raving reviews on its location. That said, perhaps the expectations were high, thus I wasn’t too impressed by the location. Factually though: 3 mins to airport limousine, 15 mins to myeongdong shopping. The lift was particularly slow, especially when we were on high floor. Services of the staff were excellent though. Attending to our requests very well. Overall, if you don’t mind lugging the goods for a good 15-20 mins from central myeong dong street, this hotel is great. It is also near to cafes and restaurants.

Clean and nice hotel. A little far from MD shopping street (15mins walk) though but close to subway. Angel-in-us cafe is located in the hotel entrance. Nearby to many office buildings.

It’s my fist time staying in this Hotel . Rooms are of a good size for 2 pax and is clean . Location is within walking distance to Myeongdong shopping area . The concierge is extremely helpful to us . Wanted to complement him but forgot to take down his name . Overall a good experience in this Hotel and will come back again if I ever travel to Seoul again .

Clean and spacy room. Good and fast internet connection. Location perfect for downtown Seoul travel. Convenient store at lobby. Hipster place is near.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lotte City Hotel Myeongdong. The location is excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. If I may mention a few minor points for improvement: the in-room coffee and tea could be of better quality, and the room itself, including the curtains, felt a little worn out. Overall, it was a very nice experience and we would be happy to stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They are always so polite and willing to help in all matters. The hotel is located within walking distance to all location. Very close to the MTR. Will come back and stay again.

It was good place to stay! We travel with family and it went well. Hotel staff are very nice specially Mr. Kuh and Mr. So. They are very accommodating & helpful! I will go back there again!

Good location Service was great especially the housekeeping lady, she met us when we went out, after knowing we don't need housekeeping she proactively gave us bottled water and also asked if we need to change the towels.

Hotel is in very good location. People are so friendly, helpful and always having smile in their face. I definitely will come back and can warmly recommend hotel.
